This outfit just called me,offering free magazines and free vouchers for petrol.Apparently I'd filled in a survey online.Although it was all free,they wanted one pound to cover postage.On hearing this I immediately asked them to remove my telephone number from their database and for them not to call me again.I'm not one for giving out my phone number and I'm sure they got it from an Insurance comparison website.

The 14 free trial actually starts from the point of sale. You will find this information In your terms and conditions, as did I, on the back of my letter from Sapphire. 2nd class post takes 3-5 days, so still gives you plenty of time to have a look. Personally, I know straight away if I like something or not. 1 annual magazine, with over £200 worth of vouchers. Yes they are redemption vouchers, but when was the last time you got something for nothing ayh? Just by keeping a receipt you get a cheque back. I was happy enough to do this. I've recieved 2 cheques so far and looking to send in my £100 travel voucher next! I'm pretty sure if they were "scammers" as you refer to them as, they wouldn't be in business. It's like someone has already said, you lot only post negative feedback. Never anything good. You don't see one person on here being positive. because the British are best for moaning! You all need to get your heads out your [***]. If you have questions or quiries, call/email them! It's not hard. Anyone used their dining card yet?

fell for it as well think I was having a bad day £1 took from my bank account then emailed and canceled  but took £79-99 from my account anyway no answer from emails cant get them by phone
put it down to experience but wont get caught again

Can't believe I have been caught!!!  Like others I fell for the petrol vouchers and gave them a card number for them to take the £1 for postage, and was promised the sapphire magazine with a 30 day free trial in order to cancel.  Letter arrived a few days later with some vouchers, but 13 days later still no magazine, so I telephoned the number and made the cancellation, Christine took the call and issued me with the cancellation number.  Some days later I noticed they had taken the £79.99 membership out of my account, so I telephoned them again, this time on a number that was on the letter, only to be told that the original number was to a different company called Sapphire VIP who were nothing to do with Sapphire membership, and that they would not accept my cancellation as it was not within the 14 days as stipulated on the letter.  I have now taken my case to Trading Standards and will be reporting it to Action Fraud.  What a scam!!!!!!

The offices do exsist as infact i used to work there! but once i found out what they were doing i left straight away!!!

You all think you're so right and it's actually hilarious! The most hilarious thing about it is.. It's a genuine company which I've actually bought from and now have a full subscription. I and pilau love it and it's actually saved me a lot! If you people actually listened you may just learn a thing or two. Sapphire magazine subscription have actually saved me on everything from dinning out and hotel stays not only that but there team are so helpful whenever I have had to phone. Don't just look at negativity and try something for yourself. Love sapphire magazine and will be continuing! Favorite part is my memebership discount card! - thank you sapphire magazine!

Motorpal is NOT a scam! You stupid people! Can't you read terms and conditions or actually listen to people!! It's an amazing product that saves people up to 30% discount at over 16,000 garages nations wide! I love motor and will be continuing! You people should be ashamed of yourselfs putting this all over the internet.. Ring up and talk to someone that's what there customer service department is for!!!!

Sapphire & motorpal are not scams! Read all terms and conditions and ring customer services with your questions!! They are brilliant products and i will continue to get the word out as some people are thick as [***]!

Sapphire is an Amazing product not a scam at all! Hahaha stupid people it saves you money!  Actually loved my trail and continued as a full member.. I've received everything that they promised and now saving money every time I dine out, stay in hotels or go abroad it's great!

Slating a company because what? It took money out of your bank account because you didn't listen or read teams and conditions.. YES STUPID YOU!

£79.99 absolute bargain.. Had a phone call a few weeks back from a lovely polite man. At first was a bit wary but I am now a full member and I've actually now saved on my fuel and booked a holiday will £100 off! THANK YOU SAPPHIRE!

Hi! I bet you have your money back don't you after slating a good company! As like EVERY COMPANY not everything goes smoothly and could have errors at times dealing with a bit company. If you haven't had your money back then please let me know. If you have then I suggest you don't make up that good company's are scams. Disgusting
