i am fuming that these numbers call me sometimes at 7.30 in the morning. i swear  i will get these scam numbers not to call me if its the last thing i do. nasty scam.

Just had 2 hours of this number playing music on my phone could not clear the line

Had a call from them regarding house insurance renewal. 3.00pm. I want to know the name of this company.

rang my number i cant dial out now just playing classical music

Irresponsible [***] my son is severely ill and waiting on a doctors call the doctor could obviously not get through now I have to go through the rigmarole of re submitting my sons details and waiting again god help us if I had to phone a damn ambulance.....total idiots.

these mupets called today at 7pm said to hold the line automated service was connected for over 3 hours could not disconect call even when plugged phone out if it is a shared cost call i will sue them

Received a call from that number - They claimed they were Cover Plus Insurance and told my wife that our home insurance had expired and did we want to renew it with them...When my wife said that "I dealt with all of the bills", they said they would phone back.

When they phoned back a few minutes later, I asked them what number they were calling from, and was passed this number: 01274925195 and when I challenged them on what had been said, the girl on the phone panicked and hung up...!

I'm contacting Coverplus now and see what they say...will update if I get a result...!

I keep getting cold calls from this number

Just had a call from this number, and they've blocked my line so I can't make any calls because every time I lift the receiver I can still hear their wretched hold music.

When I find out who they are, they're getting a very nasty complaint!

There seems to be more and more of these idiot companies employing these stupid and extremely annoying automatic dialers!

It seems the TPS doesn't seem to have the same effect at blocking these calls that it used to (assuming you have registered with them).
Also international cold calls are an increasingly annoying problem for us.

I missed the caller, but thanks to everyone whose already posted messages here about who 08446 882753 are, and what they do, I'm just so glad that I did miss it, especially as I too am registered with TPS.  Thanks everyone, but more especially, thanks WhoCallsMe for having such a wonderful site where we can check out these nuisance callers and who they are.

This number called, silence then muzak tying up our line for several minutes after I hung up.  Had to unplug all our phones to clear it - yes the regulators should be coming down hard on this bunch of cowboys

When I answered an American voiced recorded message told ME to hold on. I did 1471 and rang back but constantly engaged. Who are they?????

Been getting these calls on  a daily basis for about three weeks now. I don't bother to pick them up but use 1471 to retrieve details. Nuisance calls par excellance. Why can't BT or Ofcom take some effective action for once?

if you are so good as you said why is it not possible to contact redress then .that 2year now that their took 1200 from me to do a job  and they done nothig and are not refund me please i know your working theire to have your money at the end of the month to provide for your familly just collect it and shut your mouth because your compagnie are stilling plenty of poeple and that not nice

Got a call from this number about 7pm June 8, called me by my name (worrying) but I would not confirm my name. When I asked their name & what they wanted they refused, so I hung up

Caller said that the company is Cover Plus and that as my house insurance is due for renewal she would like to offer a quote.

Just rung me and said that they are from Cover Plus and wanted to help me with my house insurance!  I hung up!
