sick of being hung up on when answered!

Hi I have worked for redress for over 2 years,the company is helping people to claim back PPI, I have seen many customers win thousands back.Also many debts have been cancelled. I also can honestly say customers get refunded 100%  if they do not have a claim.I am proud to work for Redress and I am happy that we can truly help people with their finances.The company has been having issues with the dialer and it seems to be calling the same people over and over.We do apologise and mark the call as DO NOT CALL but this is not working as dialer has a few problems at moment.I am sorry that people are fed up of being called but we are a genuine company.I hope this info helps.

just hang up when i answer, tried to phone back number unknown

I've been getting calls from this number constantly for about a week now, probably about 8-10 times a day, often it only rings enough to get you up and then it stops. A few minutes ago I actually spoke to someone, they didn’t know the correct names of my fiancé or myself and when I asked if they were a sales company the guy spouted that he'd phone back later when my Mrs was in and hung up on me. Now because of his rudeness it wont matter what he can offer us genuine or not we will not have anything to do with them.

Our number is already registered on TPS which seems to make no difference :(

It's 16:32 on 12 th May 2011 all I could hear was piano music.  Seems as thought other people are hearing from this Wally.  Must be costing the idiot a fortune in calls.  There must be a way of finding out who it is.  Some provider must own this number??

TB I should also add my number is registered with TPS.  Since 1998 and updated several times since.  Thought should have read though.

08446882753  Had another call from these people yesterday.   Very pleasant young lady spoke to  me.  Seems it is a mis-sold insurance company.  She took no thanks as my response and rang off.  All quite pleasant.  No rudeness or hassle.

Since calling 08448246676 (Redress) over 2 weeks ago about calls I was getting from 01274663293 & their promise (!) to remove me from their database I have started getting calls from 08446882753....

Got a call from this number this morning. Put straight onto hold music. Some piano tune.Waited for a minute to see if I could talk to someone but no luck. So hung up.

We have been scammed by Tucan Claims and apparently lost £249. Since then we have been plagued by  other companies trying to tell us they can get PPi money back for us including 08446882753, 01274663293, 01964615039. These people must pass addresses on to each other.

Just had a phone call from these people - when i asked how they got my number, they advised it was sold to them - when i asked who sold it to the they wouldnt tell me , i asked for an address to compain to - the guy didnt know just told me its Minstry of Justice - look it up on the internet.

Phone rang, picked "hello" no answer, now listening to some piano crap, 5 mins later still no answer and the piano is getting boring, "hang phone up* pick up phone 5 mins later (so 10 mins in total) and the piano is still playing (poor guys fingers must be hurting) hang phone and and then pick up 2 mins later (now 12 mins) and then an automated "goodbye"

My mother is sick and the family are waiting for a call so don't need this..!!

I picked up the phone when this number rang me and it put me straight onto hold and the message said that I was in a queue waiting for an advisor so I hung up.

got call this evening, blank. Have added it to phone's bar list.

Looks like they use a data broker (bandit?) called Unique Prospects to phish our details from https://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/01274663293 Spam them on twitter http://twitter.com/#!/robwunique and call them on 0845 459 0253 to be removed from their lists.

this number called me today to speak to my wife who passed away 9 months ago

call from this number, picked up phone - music.  Put down phone, lifted it, music still playing.   Went of for at least 5 minutes and my line was unusable.   Left it alone and checked again an hour later - working normally.   I'm with TPS
