- Paul Lucas1st call recvd i answered & they hung up ...I called back & heard F**k off, i called again & they hung up ...called again & was assured this matter would be dealt with...
Sounds like a very badly run call center if you ask me ...Dont give them the time of day ...they give us all a bad mane ! - JulesYou people are a bunch of F-ing moaners.
1: Listen to the damn call and you wont be bitching about the one off payments.
2: Previous "employees" are leaving comments on here must be pathetic to make up this amount of sh*t just because they got sacked for (funnily enough) lying about either being peoples original insurance providers blablabla or saying no of course theyres no one off payment.
3: Swearing blindly at whoever answers the phone (customer services/sales floor) and threatening them..well i doubt that actually works, what do you think? Chill out and be pleasant and you'll get what you want!
Peace out... - lhi was called about a month ago and i also had just got a new phone with vodafone. They implied that they already had my details etc and i was already a customer with them. They offered me insurance on 2 of my phones and a nintendo ds for £9.99 a month. I thought this was ok, as i was already paying this a month for 1 phone any way.
I went to my bank a day or so later to see that i was £110 overdrawn in my account. When i rang the bank and enquired as to why i was this much overdrawn, as i hadnt spent any money for a few days, they replied that a company called xennon marketing had taken £10.00 and £69.95 out of my account. At no time on the phone call i recieved from xennon, did anyone say i would be charged £79.99, so i called the company and asked for my money back, as they had taken it out without permission from me. The girl i spoke to was quite rude and said that my money would be back in my account within 3-5 days. 7 days later, still no money, so i called again. This time i was told that i would recieve a cheque for my refund. It has been a week since that was said and i still havent recieved anything. Has anyone else had this amount of money taken from them? - CGThey called me too. I called them back; they said it was to do "with the insurance on my handset". I said I don't have insurance on my handset (this is not strictly true as my phone is provided for me by my employer but no need to go into that.
They said "oh, sorry, we must have dialled your number by mistake".
So it's obviously some scammy thing which needs you already to have insurance for it to work properly. - AshWell i got a refund today....... not a full one which I was promised! so im raging! Looks like ill be wasting more time calling them!!!! GRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!
- ScottI finally got a FULL REFUND....they took £69.99 out of my account and after 2 weeks of calling up and complaining, they gave me every cent back!!

- MJLAfter calling the number i left higher up the page and getting through to someone higher up the food chain, i had my refund inside of two days.
To all the people who come on here telling us how cheap this insurance is and what a good deal it is etc, listen to what is being said:
THESE PEOPLE LIE ON THE PHONE AND CON YOU INTO GIVING YOUR DETAILS, if they told you what they were selling from the word go and how much it will cost then fine, but they DONT! We are from Vodafone, O2 etc, A LIE!! Can you just confirm your details etc, A LIE!! It will only cost 5.80 a month with no mention of the 69.99, a LIE!!!
The only good comments on here are most likely from employees. Why would you trust a company that tells so many lies to get your business.
And who knows that they are a good company, who has tried to claim from them?
Please good people, AVOID THIS BUNCH OF CROOKS.- Caller: XENNON

Stupidly, i did and they have taken 3 lots of £59-99 from my bank account so far, and i don't know what for. They are very difficult to contact, and the customer contact number is always enguaged.

- j pthey took £59.99 from my account to recover bank charges. now their line is dead.
- AshI FINALLY got my full £69.99 refund but not from Xennon. My bank refunded it as it was fraud. Check out the watchdog site about it -

There must be a link between dodgy mobile insurance companies and swansea as thats where xennon are based too.
See your bank about it and get them to register it as fraud. I had no luck with xennon - waste of time calling them!!! - Louise BullIve had the same thing thought they were my insurance company and they removed £70 also took ages to get hold of anyone then when did they said they would refund money and it never happened was then unable to get hold of them and have now found out they have gone into liquidation! Robbing [***]!
