I'm guessing from reading these comments that I shouldn't answer!! Anyone got any helpful info?

- The InformerThis company is run in a small office in Alexander House, Swansea. I worked there for 2 days could not take the forced lying and dodgy dealings that went on there. It's awful. Do not deal with these people at all. It may as well be a scam. Terrible. recruitment@xennonltd.co.uk

- GemmaThis number has started to call me this weekend, and again this morning and I am with Vodafone and have had my contract for about 14 months, so I don't think it's just O2 or new contracts they are contacting
- scwI got a call from this number the other dayand also this afternoon difference is my contract is vodafone and i have had the contract for about 9 months
- antony fletcherThis is possibly a scam run in collaboration with O2 staff. Report it to O2 - but NOT to an O2 shop.

- Jonathan WillisI have had this number dial me several times, also after buying a phone from dial-a-phone. Dial-a-phone insure my phone for me so i suspected it was there insurance calling, but i just contacted dial-a-phone and they have said that my insurance is with dial-a-phone itself, not this Securaphone/Xenon Communications company.
At a guess, Vodaphone probably passed on my details to them, and now dail-a-phone is going to talk to them to tell them to stop calling me. Thing is they offered to insure me from £9.99 a month, then 2nd call i managed to answer from them was for £5.88 with a £45 fee for the first 3 months. Its very odd. - jenniehad a missed call from these guys glad i was at work when they rang and that i read this site first. So angry this is like the 6th number that calls me trying to sell me stuff. i may even change my number. i have registered with the TPS which should start to block my calls but it takes over 30 days to register your details.
- Not a happy cusomerI spoke to these guys at the middle of march when they called me about my phone insurance I was paying 9.99 a month and I agreed to them dropping it to 5.88 - they assured me that they would cancel my existing cover withpolicy admin and cover would start straight away. At the end of the call the operator started to speak really fast like you would'nt believe could not catch a word and I find out the same day my card has been debited by £45 I noticed this about a week later when i called this 0845 number the person who answered the phone and said they would pass my number over to customer service and I would get a call back in 24 hours. I left it 2 days and still no call so I called back to be told that same rubbish 24 hour callback not taking no for an answer i got their direct dial customer service - it just rings and go to voicemail, is there any customer service????

- AndyJust got a phone from phones 4 u on vodafone and keep getting calls from various numbers, including this one, asking for personal details like my address etc...
They are all full of [***] im sure, I wouldnt ever give any information out to them.
I am complaining to vodafone and the phones 4 u store and may well cancel my contract because of it. - SophieI had a missed call and a voicemail saying they had important information regarding my phone I stupidly rang them back and they made it out like they were my existing insurance company (policy admin) and they already had my details like they would say the 1st few numbers of my account number and ask me to confirm the rest I was totally unaware they were a different company until after I had signed up they mentioned a £44.99 set-up fee but by this point it was too late!! I rang policy admin to cancel my insurance with them and they were really helpful they lowered my payments and the excess for making a claim and they told me that Xennon were legally entitled to give me a full refund if I cancelled the policy. So I rang back Xennon to cancel the policy I got referred to customer services and I requested that they cancel the policy was then told that I could only get a £25 refund I said fair enough and she said that it would take about 5 days for me to get the money back odd how they can take my money straight away but not give it back straight away!! I then explained everything to my mum and she rang them and complained she told them that she is a finance officer and that I was entitled to a full refund they then told her that they had me recorded agreeing to the charge of £19.99 if I cancelled the policy so basically there is nothing I can do.
I still haven't received the £25 and today a letter arrives from them dated the 9th of April when I cancelled my policy on the 4th of April, explaining the details of my policy a policy I thought I had cancelled I doubt they have that phonecall recorded!!!
I have cancelled my card so they cannot take anymore money and I will fight to get my money back!! I advise you all not to answer calls from this company and be wary about giving out details over the phone I only wish I hadn't been so stupid but they were extremely convincing it really is true you can't trust anyone!!- Caller: Xennon Marketing
- mati had a missed call from this number so googled it and found this! bought phone from woolworths ages ago.
- chrisJust had a call from this number saying they were contacting me about the insurance payments on the phone.
"I'm not making any payments, as this is a company mobile", I said.
"Oh, sorry, I must have dialed the wrong number." was the reply. - SPJMI just got a call from this number but I didn't really talk to them as I am at work, you know the funny look you get from everyone when your phone goes off in the office.
I just searched the number in google and read your comments, I won't be answering the phone to this number again. - laurathey scammed me as they gave the same name as my insurance! ive now got no insurance. i also brought a vodafone phone from phones4u.
- anti-scammersAnyone that's been scammed by this company should report it to the FSA
- Jonathan HannsI've had 4 of 5 missed calls from this number over the last year or so, the most recent today. So I called it back (foolishly) and it put me on hold for Zenon or Xenon as other people have said and I cut it off after about 10 seconds. I'm not sure of how much it costs to call them though.....
