- SamI've recently got a new mobile phone on Vodafone from Phones 4U.
Since getting the phone, I've had loads of calls from dodgy looking numbers including this one. I’ve missed them due to work. However, I've had more calls from these numbers then, friends, family & work!
It seems that Phones 4U pass your mobile number to a whole load of 3rd party companies! I shall get any new phones direct from Vodafone in further! - amandaDidnt answer, rang it back and its a company called Zennon???
- Caller: Zennon
- Jaffa5 times in one afternoon - my daughter keeps getting them as well. Who are these annoying parasites? I just don't answer anymore -by the way on Voda not O2 so it isn't just restricted to one network.
- laurathey just rang bn said Xennon communications and i cut off by accident. i rang back but relised it could be costing me alot of money to ring them so never spoke to them
- Caller: Xennon
- mikeThey phoned me and didnt speak when i answered what angers me off the most they woke the baby up.The call was not necessary and cause me inconveinece
- KenThis company just rang three times in 10 minutes on my Vodafone mobile about "phone insurance". It seems that when you make it clear you do not want to receive marketing calls, they put a note on their computerised system for someone else to "ring you back". A joke on their colleages, perhaps. When asked for the name of the company, they said "Dana Marketing".

- big joni have received a couple of calls from this number too.i thought it was a tad suspicious when after the woman on the other end of the phone said she could dramatically reduce my insurance payments she started asking for my personal bank details etc.if they were my original insurance company shouldn't they already have all of my details as an origional direct debit was already set up to pay my insurance?????? then the alarm bells started to ring even louder when she started asking for my name and address!!!!! luckily i never gave any bank details out as i said to her i wouldn't over the phone.she did ask for my phones imei number which unfortunately i gave her.will she be able to do anything with it??i hope not.i'm going to call vodafone to see if they can explain what's going on.

- boratid like to comment on how lovely the people at xennon marketing uk are they explained to me they are a diffrent company to who i was insured with and offered to cut my insurace down by £4 a month and when the sales person went through the contract at the end they mentioned id have to pay £44.99 up front i asked why and they explained they even said that people neva ask about it till its to late and try to say they were never told about it also i was realy happy with the after care i got with a follow up call from their qc department
maybe everyone on here should listen to them and what they are saying not what you think they are saying and this poor company will progress more
thanks xennon- Caller: xennon
- MeI got a vodafone contract with phones 4 u, these people rang me within a few days to 'confirm' my details, as they had all of my details already, even account number. They claimed that the insurance i had was with them and they wanted to reduce my monthly payment from what it was to £5.88.
The phones 4 u salesman said that the insurance company will do this after the first few days so I just said yeah ok reduce it. Then I started getting 2 direct debits taken out a month I rang the insurance company up and said that the £5.88 direct debit has nothing to do with them.
Not suprisingly a few hours after cancelling the £5.88 I get a missed call from them.
A few other companies have also tried to set up a direct debit - jimrobThey are a mobile phone insurence company based in swansea illegaly cold calling new mobile phone contract holders and flesing them of atleast £80.00 the whole operation is illegal
- Caller: Xennon
- EdwinThey called me as well, i am on dot (vodafone) and have been with them for a while. Did not hear the call, just a missed call in the log.
- sarahive had 40 calls in the last two days going mad now they wont take no for an answer!i bought new contract wit vodafone in december
- Paul SmithThis seems to be a pure marketing opportunity. The Company would appear to be aquiring blocks of Mobile numbers and ringing them once a week. They have no idea who they are calling, the opening gambit at the moment seems to be 'We know you are paying £9.00 a month insurance for your phone we can beat that'
When asked who they were calling the response was 'Who ever owns this phone', when asked 'and who is that?' the response was 'whoever the company is'. I have stopped them calling me by being very rude, however my collegues in the same mobile number block are still getting calls once a week from these people.- Caller: Xennon Marketing

- Jackhad the same phone call as everyone else here but they said they were gonna help me reclaim bank charges? i noticed that they took £44:99 from bank account on the 13th of feb with no authorisation....

- DougYep, agree with everything that has been said already.
Although it was at least a few weeks before they (Xenon Communications) contacted me, rather than 3 days. I had the same problem for the first couple of months after I bought my contract phone and took out insurance.
They could tell me what my phone was and how much insurance I was paying (£9.99 per month) and asked if I would consider moving to their cheaper insurance. They said they could stop the direct debit for me. I told them that I was happy to pay £9.99 for insurance each month and asked them to take me off their list.
Heard nothing thereafter, until I cancelled my direct debit with the insurance company and took out cheaper insurance with my bank. The insurance company texted me several times asking me to phone a premium number regarding important information about my mobile phone insurance (*I wonder what that could be, maybe the fact that I cancelled my direct debit). Anyways, I contact them to tell them I've cancelled and signed a new agreement elsewhere to which they said I should still KEEP the existing insurance I cancelled. Told them to take me off the list, and now i keep receiving voice messeges from Xenon, yet again, telling me they have important information regarding my mobile phone. I'm tempted to just keep ignoring them.
