- Piriei had a missed call of this number, they have just rang me back, i gave them my bank details and they hung up on me!
- RochelleI have just had a missed call from this number and searched it on the internet to find they're another annoying company either trying to get me to take on another contract and get a jazzy new phone or to tell me something I really don't give a toss about! I am with Vodafone but got my phone from a phones4u store! I think they are passing on people's details to a number of companys because this is about the 18th call I've had! If any of the companys read this information then you will realise NO-ONE is interested i you trying to rip them off!!!!
- IsadoraI get a call from this people everyday, if I don't answer they leave a message saying they tried to contact me regarding my mobile. But everytime I answer they just hang up... It's so annoying!!! I've had my mobile for over a year and a half, so it's not the case of most here
- Dave08456 125 815 Well know insurance scammers
- Carl ThompsonIf I ignore these calls I get an automated message saying that I missed their call and to ring the number back. When I actually answer it (as I have on 2 occasions - there is someone on the end of the phone clearly talking to someone else - how rude - then they hang up within 3 seconds - how very rude)
My advice is to report these people - they have been pestering me for 2 weeks now and my phone is a company mobile on a company contract with full insurance so they dont have a hope in hell of selling me anything. - OllieBe very careful with this number. If you're unlucky enough to fall for their scheme of pretending to be your current insurer, as I was, keep every bit of correspondence and read your policy carefully. My policy was useless when I lost my phone as I didn't blacklist it fast enough (exactly how do you call to blackist it when you have no phone or their details?) Chances are they will also try to set up TMTI (Talk Me Through It), a gadget helpline for you. They'll tell you the first month is free and then it's £2.99 a month. Imagine my surprise when I checked my direct debits to cancel the Supercover insurance policy and found that TMTI had taken £17.94 off me - the first six months payment in one lump sum. I've contacted TMTI and should be getting a refund within 10 days, and if it arrives then fair play to them. With the set up fee from Xennon marketing of £19.99 I'm out of pocket and my phone won't be replaced. What's more, it never would have been - only when the policy arrives do you find ot that the insurance is valid if the phone is less than 6 months old, which mine wasn't. They also knew this as I was in the process of making the claim, as I sent them a proof of purchase. Supercover then asked me for a £50 excess before they could process the claim, which they said they'd refund if the claim failed, which it surely would have done. I'm not sending off £50 to be told I can't get a new phone, even if they were to refund it, which I doubt.
