- JennyThis company now appears to be targeting potential customers by post. My elderly mother has been sent a bogus warrantly - | know it is bogus because she has not purachased and has no intention of purchasing a warranty. The com pany have asked her for £60.00, which she will NOT be sending. I have passed the details to Trading Standards.
- Steve BSame company called my elderly Mother-in-Law claiming to be from Sky & suggesting she paid £60 or £6/month for warranty cover. We called the number & could not get through.Just as well we looked at this site! How can Sky carry on letting this bogus company trade?
- D CarewThis set up caught me at a time we were having problems with our equipment and presented an authentic soundind case. They promised confirmation within seven days, at my insistance, which they then failed to meet! I challenged them today and they immediately agreed to refund my c/card with the charges after I warned that I was going to report them and claim a charge back from Master Card. We shall see.

- telesales agentI have an interview coming up soon with this company. i realli dnt no if i wanna work there now. I currently work for anotha telesales company who are kosha. I know this because I have had to go through all the nessary things.
- steveA lady called Nadi called today 13/11 but mentioned my Sky Account direct debit was to expire and they needed the bank details again. Luckily I asked to call back and checked the number. They are very pesrsistent!
- Close callJust received a call from this number (the 3rd attempt at speaking to us). We were about to agree to the £60 one off payment when they asked for my Visa or Mastercard details over the phone. At this point my boyfriend interuppted us and pointed out that this was pretty unusual - didn't they have this info? Did they ask any security questions? I relunctantly agreed to phone them back (on 0870 7777 375) once we'd had a chance to talk. Thank goodness he stopped me! We then called Sky Protect who didn't know anything about this and had a similar offering but not the same thing.
Phew - glad I didn't go ahead over the phone. - AndrewSkylite called me 15 minutes ago - that my insurance was about to expire. Knowing that I don't have such insurance, I asked them to send me the details in writing. This was promised - but they never asked for my name and details.
I am TPS as well.
Why don't the police go in and stop them? All the details are here. Is that not why why have a police force?- Caller: Skylite
- JayneSomehow this company has got hold of elderly mother's credit card details and has taken the money off her card without her knowlege. She assures me that she has not given these details out herself and, knowing how abrupt she is with telesales staff, I am confident that she would have slammed the phone down on them after saying "I'm not interested". This case has now been reported as a credit card fraud and will be fully investigated through the credit card company. I also intend to contact Trading Standards with all the evidence, for them to take this further.

- cwoodthe same as everyone else, led to believe it was from Sky and was stupid enough to fall for it. Just felt something wasnt right and phoned today to cancel. The number I was given was like a fax machine so I got on to this site and my heart missed a beat. I did get the right number and the same woman who had called me answered. I was told to write and cancel and that due to the postal strike and their computers having problems this could be some time before I would get my money back. Decided that the best thing to do was just change my debit card cause they could just keep taking money from my account. I admit I was silly but there are a lot of people out there that fall for this. Some thing has to be done because they definitely do give the impression they are with Sky and renewing details. I only lost £6 but I already pay for sky repair and she knew I thought I was updating with them and not a totally different company
- Just started workingI've just started working for skylite and I can assure you all we do not say we are from sky. We clearly state we are skylite ensured. And all you bank details are protected my the data protection act. At the end of the day if you didn't want to toe it up why do it. You have got your self to blame. And all calls are recorded. If you want to spend sixty five quid for a call out then go ahead but bare in mind a warrenty is there for a reason and if you don't have one then ot your loss not ours.......
- Angry MarkI received a call from Skylite back in June, stating that the warranty was up on our sky box. I was specifically told that they were from SKY (not skylite) and as they already seemed to have most of my details, stupidly I gave them my card details.
Alarm bells started to ring when they didnt ask for a sort code as all large organisations set up direct debits, and do not just debit your card on a monthly basis. We then received a letter from them that looked as though it had been printed on tissue paper, and looked very amateur, and also stated the companys name as skylite.
Needless to say I contacted them to cancel and they made life very difficult, were aggressive in tone, and I could even hear them laughing at me in the background. They didn't care about my complaint, and told me that it was impossible to cancel. When I challenged him he became very defensive regarding the company and increasingly aggressive towards myself. I hung up and cancelled my card so that they could no longer access my money.
Luckily my card had already been updated a few months earlier so that they could not access my money regardless. Luckily we only ended up paying £12 and not the hundreds that some unfortunate people have experienced.
I have phoned SKY this morning to report this, they say that they are already aware of this company and they are being looked into by trading standards and BBC's Watchdog.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD DETAILS, THEY ARE A VERY UNDERHANDED SHADY ORGANISATION!!!!- Caller: SkyLite Ensured
- KrishAfter leading all this i'm disappointed. There are people commenting on this blog who never gave us "skylite" a chance to serve them and they still have got the audacity to call us scum or whatever the heck they want. I'm the rising star of skylite. Im the sales operational manager there. I have put everything in place and there is a massive improvement. If you guys think that we are fraud or scum, its just a wrong perception. If that was the case we wlda been out of business youngs ago. Most of you guys have lost the plot. If anyone has got any complaints then come forward and address your issue. Contact us. Without even trying how can you possibly assume that we are missleading or misrepresenting. We are a rapidly growing company. To mislead or con people wld be the last thing we wanna do. We are employing ppl in this rough time. Creating jobs. Working with social organisations to do our bit. In a nut shell and to cut the story short stop being pathetic. Once you have tried our service then u wld have a different opinion. Thanx
Krish: Sales Operational Manager - AnonI have also had recent dealings with Skylite. I think that to be honest my main issue when I was contacted was the misrepresentation that you were an offical associate of SKY. You may indeed be an up and coming company trying to shake off a bad image, however this does not change the fact that within the last few months I was given the distinct impression by one of your advisors that you were affiliated with SKY.It was never made clear to me that you were an independant company.
I was also called out of the blue and told that my existing warranty was up, when I looked into this I actually found that I didn't have a warranty in place to begin with.
The service you offer may be completely legitimate and of a high standard, however due to the misrepresentation I agree with previous comments and will be contacting trading standards and will have no further dealings with this company.- Caller: Skylite

- bring it on| 1 replyoh my god dont you people have any sense at all? hahahahahaha u are all a joke. I bet most of you dont even work that why you sit around on your fat [***] complaining and watching sky tv and wasting trading standards time on the phone! hahahahaaaa
anyone can investigate Skylite with a fine string but won't find anything underhand and all calls are recorded and monitored 24/7 and you HAVE to say who you are CLEARLY. you people are just sad troublemakers who clearly do not like being called by asians. YOU ALL SOUND LIKE RACISTS! get a life!- Caller: SKYLITE
- carol xI had the same call from a foreign man who was very persistant asking for my bank details to reniew my contract with sky. I contacted the police who said it was a scam. Cant the police stop this. Fortunately I am persistant also and dont give my details to anyone.
- bring it onyou people on this blog cannot even spell in your own language and you have the cheek to say we cannot do our jobs properly?
- bill smithare these people scammers
- Betty BooThese fraudsters have sent me mailshots and called us claiming that our Sky warranty has expired and we need to pay or our box won't be covered if it breaks down.
They were adamant that they had looked after our Sky box warranty for 10 years, even though we have only had sky for 4 years. Durind those 4 years we have had 3 boxes (Sky Digital, Sky + and now a Sky HD+ box) and never had a warranty.
Surely this has to be illegal.- Caller: Sky Lite
