did anyone have to pay a some of £199 to get there money that they were owed??? and go to the post office to transfer the money by money gram??? then ring them back and with a reference number?? and they guive you a refference number to go back to the post office to collect your money???

I work in law enforcement and am looking into a very similar case to what is being discussed on this thread. A case involving a company asking to send funds via moneygram to persons in India.

I have no idea about CMSreclaims as a company as this is not the name that the company gave however I would strongly suggest that you do not send money via moneygram to persons promising to get you a lot of funds back from your bank as all the information I have to hand at the moment points to it being a scam.

Hopefully this may stop some peopele sending their hard earned money via moneygram and possibly losing it!

Had a call from this number.  Said her name was Hazel White but she clearly had a foreign accent, probably indian.  Also I heard a baby cry in the background at one point.  She stated the company was ICARE and gave a Swansea address.

i had call from this no and asking about my bankcharges,i use their services and this is really great and helpping me. and 80% charges get back by helping i care

i got a call from this no. she was telling me that they can get me my money back from the bank. i thought it is not possible but when i got the paper works from there side. i started my claiming process and this is how i got all my charges back form my all of the credit cards...
And i m so happy coz i got my money at the right time.

With the help of this money i have done my christmas shoping..
And i am realy very exited about it..

Personally, I don't believe he did. It's probably just a post from someone involved with the scam.

I had a call from someone saying they were from a company called First Choice Contact about the same thing. They gave a registration number to check on the Ministry of Justice website. When I did check, I found out the number was for a company called CMS UK based in Walsall. I phoned the Ministry of Justice to confirm my suspicions about a scam but they didn't seem all that bothered to be honest.
