Yeah called me and they seemed very dodgy, wouldnt let me call them back and seemed desperate to get bank details, infact just any details from me. Dont trust them.

they call me today as well and want me to give my credit car details, but i refuse to give them they gave me the same address as above and was insisting me to give my personal detail and telling me that it wont cost me any thing and finally told me that it cost me 49 pounds

jus got call fm them , they had everything including my bank card details and account numbers all except my security code cant believe this information is out there , just as well theres nothing in that account cause it hasent been used in ages lol
dept of justice said they could not find this company on their system but if i got c m s's c r m number they could tell me if they were regulated by them and if they didnt have 1 then they were neither legal or regulated or working on behalf of the moj

Just had someone from CMS on the phone and they got quiet aggressive when i would not reveal bank card details. Scammers.

just got a call from CMS they knew my post code and full address. they gave their address as beverly st, port talbot....etc etc. wanted my bank number. i asked him, did he think i came up the Lagan in a bubble !!!! nedless to say, same type of people, asian, then the manager came on as i would not give bank details.
it is quite scary. can anybody do something about this

i received a call from a company called cms, they were helping me to reclaim the charges from the bank and were asking for my card details, i was not comfortable giving the details but then i checked their website and called their legal helpline number 08000664721 s/w joe anderson the senior officer and confirmed the same, guess what i got the reclaim from the bank thanks cms

cms rang with same spin as all above letters! wanted bank details, gave port talbot address. Asian woman was very persistant, told her I certainley would not give any details. She has rang back several times while I've been out, my son took calls. How are these people able to opperate? Since they seem to give same phone number and address, is the authorities not looking into it?

Just had call from some asian claiming his company CMS could retrieve any bank charges against me, I told him that he was very kind and to go ahead, he wanted my banking details, I suggested that he went and screwed himself, very hard to get rid of, so I started to play with him saying that I did not have details to hand and that I would ring him back at some time, as other claims he said he was working for this CMS from Commercial Bldg, Beverly St, Port Talbot, W Glamorgan SA131DY, tel 08000 66 47 21.   A LOAD OF B. S.  DO NOT GIVE ANY DETAILS AT ALL.  I have passed this info onto my son who works very closely with the police

Same as all other callers i also kept them on the phone left it on the side until they put phone down.  caller CMS

I had the same call, but they knew everything, including the number on the back of the card.

I can only assume this information is readily available in India, as I do not use thes details on the internet

An Asian guy calling himself Mathew phhoned me on Mon 12th Jan offering to reclaim upto £2500 in bank charges. After a few minutes I hung up on him, typed his phone number into a search engine on the internet and was immediately brought to this site. Yes, sure seems like a scam.

diff number, asian acent, international number that called me. asked me if i remember £29 charhes from bank (mine are £27) told me i could get it back, said a claim pack will be in post. gave me number of 0800664721 and same glamorgan address post code sa131dy sked for my address and told him i would give it wen i called the number he had just given me, very hard to understand accent. immedietly googled and came up with this site, very dodgy.

was called today by this company calling themselves Credit Management Systems.
same story. said if i paid 49.99 to them, they would send me official solicitors paperwork to claim 6 years of bank charges back. asked for my current account 16 digit no. only for verification purposes. so stupidly i gave this. then asked for expiry date which i would not give as i said i did not know who they were. So then she asked for all the details from another card which had no balance left on it. so i gave her all the details from a credit card including exp.date and last 3 digits on back. She left me with 2 phone no.s 0800 0322395 and 08717 899102.
Have since rang my bank and credit card co. to cancel cards and thankfully no money had been taken !!! Please do not be as foolish as i was and in no uncertain terms tell them to GO AWAY !!!

had cms on phone to me as well wanting me to confirm my bank details so they could help me claim back bank charges, thought it sounded dodgy especially an asian with the name james dawson, anyway kept him talking for a while then gave him bank numbers which i made up,he then put me through to another asian james edwards whom i gave the same made up numbers.  they even had the cheek to call me back an hour later saying my card had been refused and asked me to reconfirm  my bank details so i did, with the numbers i made up, he said that card was no good and wanted details of another card, told him i didnt have one and he asked for my mother or fathers bank details or anyone else in the family.  do these foreigners really think we are that stupid !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just had a call from the same people as above. Spoke to asian gay, same stuff wanting me to pay £49.99p over the phone for some sort of pack they will send to claim my bank charges back. I asked lots of question, how they got my number,etc. They are very pushy people but i kept saying i didnt trust them, and that they phoned me, if i had phoned them it would be a diffrent story, as i was not giving them anything, i was then tranfered to some one called Ricky (asian)who gave me the same crap told him i need to do some checking up on his company and will ring him back tomorrow. He gave me the same address as above and website,does not exsit!! i was also given a telephone number of 0800-664721 ex 5041 and told i would be taken straight to this blokes desk! after reading the above, i dont think so!.
lucky i smelt a rat and didnt give to much away or any money thank god. But i have informed my bank about these people.

An asian lady called around an 10mins ago claiming that they could get my bank charges back for me from the last six years.
I was also given the same Beverley Street address and she then passed me through to another asian man for 'verification' as soon as he started asking what bank i was with, if i had any loans or credit cards as i could get charges back of that anything over 2 pounds he then wanted to know when my bank card was issued, thats when the alarm bells started ringing.Said why would you need my card details if you were sending out an info back? i said to him this si obvioulsly a scam... which he answered no but at that point i hung up...Beware out there....

He knew my name, my address and my bank and he said I would have to pay 49.99 pounds only which can be returnable if my bank won't give me back the charges they've been charging me. I said send me the papers you are talking about and if I am interested I will call you. He said no it's ok check our company and I'll call u tomorrow!It's scary he knew my details!!!!!!
