Had a call from a man claiming to be from CMS reclaim telling me that I had been overcharged by my bank by 8% He had my first name and address and asked my middle name and which bank I was with I did not give a middle name and said that if he knew I had been overcharged then he must know my bank to which he replied do you want me to send you a claim form or cancel it. I told him to cancel and he hung up.

He had a foreign accent and wasted 10 minutes of my time obviously a scam to get a persons bank detals.
His ID was the same number as the phone number he gave me

yep, just had the call myself, from "CMS Reclaims", they even gave me a website - www.cmsreclaims.co.uk. wanted card numbers, expiry dates, and the number on the reverse of the card. For fun, I went through the whole process, giving them spoof numbers and names, and was handed on to the "next level", where I was to be "verified". (which was obviously a stalling tactic to attempt authorization of your card) After verifying my details again I was told I would have to set a password.
"What password would you like, sir?"
"um.. how about ... [***] you."
"Sorry sir could you spell that..?"
    "Yes certainly, F-U-C-K Y-O-U".

They hung up after that. I found that to be a very amusing and satisfying waste of my time. hehe :)

I had a call from an Asian woman which she then passed it to an Asian man, who said about claiming back my bank charges over 6 years. I thought something funny but trusted these and gave my details. I've lost 49, I had a letter saying the bank could not pay my bills as insufficient funds and I had not taken any money out so just going to check my balance. I've been scammed so please don't trust this. I was so stupid it's cost me over hundred up to now going to cancel my bank card immediately!!!!

same story and the idiot had my bank details, but i did not give out any info, i told them to call after 30min so i can call my bank first to confirm their existence and their relationship with the bank as they claimed to be working on behalf of my bank and the government. my bank said they had nothing to do with that company and they said they will investigate to see where they got my details from.

beware of those criminals, they should go hang, or go to hell.

guys have you noticed that the people who claim to have received their money back send one message 3 to 4 times but same message. hmmmmmm something is fishy!!!!!!!!! they must be the scammers or members of the scammers. there is no need for that, one message should be sent only once. of course there could be the cms real company out there but trust is broken.

i got a call from John Walker, talking about the same cms bank charges story. I think i know him, he once called with the same name claimimg to be from global team mobile company working with 3. he said to me i was the first person to ask how he was doing that evening and said the same thing again on his second call from cms this time. when i told him i know him from global team mobile company, he hang up on me. same person, n same voice. i suspect that these guys are getting information from mobile phones companies as i have the contract phone and have a bank account which i only gave it to gobal team company. fortunately i cancelled my card, the same night i gave it to them

    Called me this morning,
had a nice chat apart from the little outbursts' when I asked them why they needed all these details. Lot of bla bla because I knew there is no money on the card anyway. I have to consider myself an idiot since I gave them all my details.
    [***] like a [***] for 50.
Well hung up and realized I got busted after 10 seconds, took the phone and called my bank.
What can you say they try, but it seems like hard work for me. I have worked in a call center before and i know this attitude
    ([***] GO WORK YOU MONKEYS).
That said it wouldnt wonder me If all these websites' you find on google containing cms are operated by them. I do not blame them for it, we all scam each other, if you fall for it :(
I hope their mommys stay healthy and they will spend the rest of this year thinking about the password I gave them.
IF YOU GAVE THEM ANY DETAILS
    CALL YOUR BANK
    TELL THEM WHAT HAPPENED

    CCCCCALLL TTTHEEE BBBANK !!!!!!!

They get your details from websites, where you have entered them. Recall all the sites where you have put in those details or your phone number BUT call them as soon as possible. If you have a small business, get another phone number for that AND ONLY give out that number even to the taxman. I have lived in thailand for a while and this kind of low kind personalites are often found. It is sad how nice people waste their lives doing this scam work (mommy will be proud of little rascal doing GOOD business).
I know you are reading this and I have to thank you. This was a good lesson for me however PlEASE call me again. I will not swear or say abusive things, I only want hear the real person behind that poor farce.

    Only one god !!

another call recieved, thats three in the last 3 weeks. They had a lot of information, names, address and bank details but not card details. Both Asian, the lady was very rude and persistant when I wouldnt give card details, actually said she was from the bank and did not like it when I said she should know the details. The man today was more polite but gave same address and contact phone numbers as above.
