cant believe this....i too rec a call today...offering me charges back to me over the last 6 years etc...then wanting to know my address and my name as appeared on my switch card...sounds daft but john adam sounded genuine.....i kept saying this sounds very dodgy etc so when he asked for my exp date on card i had googled them and read all of this...dare i say i told them where to go and put the phone down...then contacted my bank to warn them

2nd Feb I had a phone call claiming to represent Credit Manangement Systems phone number of their customer services is claimed to be 08717899102 They requested bank debit / credit card details to confirm name and address to recover bank charges over the last six years. (SCAM )If you get a call from them just hang up.

I got a call yesterday saying they can get my bank charges back, but first I have to give them card details. they got all my details except the card details . his id was 79 and name was tom barmar

Had the same call. First by an asian lady, then her manager. I very nearly gave them my card details today.  these people must be tracked down and stopped.

well i dont understand why people have conception about cms i had call from these people to reclaim my bank charges and they have reclaimed my money...so they are not a fraud people they will help you to get your charges reclaimed

Hi all there, I am from Norfolk and I got this call on 28th Jan morning 10.00 AM, about reclaiming the bank charges for last 6 years. They were so sure about their company it's a registered company under Ministry of Justice LIC No.CRM5161 as they gave. I checked it with the site of Ministry of Justice www.claimsregulation.gov.uk and they showed it's registered. And I got the reclaim kit as well.

Cms called saying our bank owed us over three hundred pounds, gave us address of Cms Second Floor Metropol Cahambers West Glamorgan SA1 3RT. Had our name, address and sort code. Was very persistent to get out account no !!!!!!! Beware this is a scam

i had call  on 5th jan from these people about reclaim back my money of past 6 yrs upto 8% intrst. frm my HSBC BANK. they verify my add. according their rule. (n touch wood) today i get my all mony near abt 1944 pound with intrest frm my bank. they are realy helping people. their web as www.cmsreclaims.co.uk and they are also authorized from MOJ and OFT i dont know why pepole scare from them too much.

I just had a call from someone with an Asian accent claiming to be from HSBC, and giving this number as a contact number.

They gave me an account number for a bank account that I have not used in years, together with my full name, address, and telephone number  - and asked for the 16 digit number of the front of the card.

I was immediately suspicious - did not give them any further information - asked for telephone number - after which point she seemed to want to get rid of me very quickly.

Just as a precaution, I rang up HSBC and had a stop put on my card.

The only thing that this account has been used for in the last 6 years, is for receiving child benefit...

HMRC "lost" cds containing claimant and bank account details for everyone claiming child benefit during 2007...

Strange coincidence???  Maybe not...

I just an asian lady call me, and within minutes she knew of my account number, previous address (from 6 years ago) and kept saying we are guaranteed £390 back from Natwest. She couldn't understand a word of english so I kept repeating myself with questions like "what's your company again", "where did you get my account details!!!", they were replying and saying they are doing this on behalf of natwest etc... I asked what the catch was while she was repeatedly trying to get my card details out of me and she said about a £49.99 charge! Good job this site exists!!!!!! I hung up. I f'ing hate scammers, complete waste of time.

well i had call frm an asian person frm cms regarding to my bank charges reclaims, they called frm cms. they gave me their company name as credit management Syatems.

today i got my money near abt 800 pound with intrest. cheers man they are not froud. they give me all details abt them wid registration number n authorization num. and they are legle comapny.

These pratts have just rung me, and its frightening that they know parts of your bank details, all I suggest is to waste as much of their time as possible,my son was on for about 30 minutes, practising his Borat impressions,then I took over and kept them going for another 20 mins, tell them nothing though .Can anyone improve on a 50 minute waste of their time.

i had call from cms almost 6 months back and they had told me that they can help me to reclaim my bank charges but before that i had asked my bank to refund me the charges what they have charged me the bank they wont so i took help of CMS and what a surprise i got my money from my bank within 5weeks good job cms keep it up..

It all started Dec 31 had phone call from these people ,wife took it . gave all information she told me , so i cancelled. money still taken. argued with bank they told me it was PAY PAL. PAY PAL had no info bout this. so ot in touch with same number and was put intouch with DAVE MARTIN. told they didn't have the money and they would be in touch with PAY PAL .. over month later and still no joy phoned yesterday told DAVID MARTIN will get back to me AGAIN still not got back . told them end of story will get on to my bank again and report it as fraud. :

I had call from this guys and they told me to reclaim my bank charges. they were so confident. just for chek are they right or froud. m asked abt reclaim from my close hsbc acc. and m surprice they really done it. i get 500 pound from my that close acc. CMS IS NOT FROUD COMPANY.

I have had the same call asian man early Jan cant remember the exact date.
I confirmed my name an address due to the fact that i have a outstanding appeal against my bank charges. Thought it was extremely suspicious when I was told me they would need my start date and expire on my card. Took all details address,email, names of whom i was speaking too.
Apparently they where a legal firm and needed all details to send legal papers to be signed in order for me to claim my charges back.

a lady has called me saying she from cms  and asked me if my bank has charge me money for passt xis years  as she told me that she can help me to reclaim up to one thousand  i said. ok after that asked me my details which i refuse to give her. i told her that i am not trust her and her c m s  than she gave me this phone 08000664721. take my advice don.t trust them.kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk. wast their time and money
