- Kelly & ChrisGot a call from somebody claiming he was called Mark, then was passed onto his floor manager called Ron who asked for my issue date and then was going to ask for my expiry date i then transferred him to my partner who told him basically to stop scamming and if its not a scam to post details through the post he still didn't give up asking me again for expiry and start date of card i told him i would not give these, i told him if i want bank charges i would go through a solicitor for these he said maam why do that when it would cost you hundreds of pounds i said where you based he said over here in the UK i said no you are in India he then said if you have no trust then we can't go any further and we ended call, at least i wasted some of there time in this conversation and no details given.

- GeorgeThis company called us yesterday and then again today. They asked for bank details card number etc and claimed to be able to refund all bank charges for the last 6 years. When they called back they said they needed my mobile number to proceed. I said they didnt need that to send out the paper work for me to check over. I told her i was sus and if once i received the paper work i didnt think it was legit i would contact the police, she then said she would just cancel the request. I told her not to but lets just wait and see what happens now, bet we dont get any paper work.We have stopped the bank card just incase. Complete Scam

- MikeWell I got this lot put on to me by my (soon to be) ex-wife and they hassled me at work. I didn't give them any details they didnt already have and as I got fed up with them told them to forget it and cancel the whole process (which I was still only being told about I had agreed to nothing because I simply don't have many bank charges to reclaim in the first place.
Well a few days later I discover two payments of 49.99 taken out which have incurred two lots of bank charges!! Amasing isn't it, I cant go overdrawn without being authorised but for some reason robbing companies who charge yr card can manage to put u overdrawn instantly and then you get charged £35 for the privilege. Fantastic. £160 down I spoke to a welsh lady who gave me the following address to forward proof of my charges to which I did. I have heard nothing back and will be trying to chase them up by email and phone this week.

- AlanSame as other comments. Call lasted 30 mins. Asked for someone who had died 2 years ago. Spoke to the supervisor as well. They didn't know what Port Tabot was famous for. General address not quite the same as others supplied but very close.
- AlanSorry, Forgot , I didn't give them any details including my name. They were so blatant. Even when I told them that I had googled their company name and I read out some of the comments from this website. 1471 gives number withheld.
- EdnaHave had the same call, same chat, same questions, asking first name, but already had address and phone number. As soon as the asian guy mentioned plastic card, as he called it, I hung up. They kept trying to call back, 4 times, which I ignored. I made my Bank aware of this call. All this fraud today makes me so afraid.

- S FellaGuys,
A friend of mine has received calls from CMS so I started reading this thread. CMS have got on the thread and are posting supportive comments, making out that they are a genuine company and are for real.
The problem is that their use of english and spelling mistakes are on numerous posts. There grammar leaves a lot to be desired and is obviously the same person posting under different names.
Sorry guys ... you are BUSTED ....
Beware of CMS all is not right with them - MI've had 2 calls from these people. Was told that I did not have to pay the fee until I received the money I was entitled to back. Have had one payment taken from my account already and a second one is pending with the bank. Am desperately trying to sort it out today. Bank said they will put a stop on my card today to stop them taking any more. I believe I have been well and truly scammed.

- WendyMy daughter received a phone call one evening telling her she had been overcharged by £400 in mistake by her bank. Unfortunately she gave details of her bank account - she put a block on her account immediately, before anything had been taken out. They still managed to take the money out a week later. Is there anything she can do to get this back??
- Ramandeep Kauryou gave me call on 18th March and u took my card detail but after that i have't hear from you anything.

- MatteyHad these call this afternoon,
Knew my name & started quoting numbers at me of £59.99 to claim bank charges back, knew there wasn't something quite right about it so asked for their website address & telephone number
identitycarelgd.co.uk is the web address given & the same number as in the topic was given for the contact number. Didn't give them any information at all though! - kathmy mom had all the same, different address 2nd floor metroploe chambers, salubrious passage wind street swansea sa1 3rt however same phone number 08717899102 then they rung back saying they have changed companies to assist claims limited due to current situations BEWARE they like to baffle and confuse people and stress people out!!!

- BOALGot this call about 3 pm claiming return of bank charges knew my bank details address etc, he asked for long 16 digit card number, asked him if he thought I was thick, and was not given this information prat, I told him I would call Abbey while he was on phone so verify he soon hung up!!!!!!! We have to stop these people! Again an Asian guy called James Smyth I don't think so!!!!!
- PKI also noticed all the 'supporting' posts for CMS on here were written in suspiciously bad English, bit sad that they have to write their own fake recommendations and even then can't get the spelling right. I've recently had nuisance calls from them asking for a dead relative which I wasn't overly happy about. Even if they were legit (which they quite clearly aren't) they are obviously unscrupulous scum.
- Stacy WiiliamsBeware... it's a scam
- Lizcms called me they had all my bank details,Iphoned my bank immedaiatly to stop any payment ,only to find they had already taken the money. My bank took back the £49-99. I now keep getting letters threatening to take me to court. I am now forwording all the infomation to the ministry of justice. By the way same phone no. swansey address.
