phone number now 08000 664721 adress given was West Glamorgan lady and asian man asking details about my daughters accounts she gave details they told her she would get bank charges back for last 6 years plus 8 per cent !!  I took phone off her and asked where they got our phone number from wittered on about nothing and wouldn't actually say where from.  Slammed phone down they rang back swore at them then cancelled daughters cards via phone bank !!

I to got a call today from someone claiming to be from Barclays Bank.Please Please do not give out your bank details.They are a scammers.

i also got a call on 28 jan frm these cms guys. they told me abt reclaims my bank charges frm my Nation Wide..

i was ask to my bank to abt this but strange they refuse me.

after that i take help of these guys and m get back my money near 560 pounds with intrest.

they are not scamers.

Beware of that guys who told these guys are scamer.

Had the same call, but this time the chap said he was from my bank saying he would like to refund £400 charges.  They new all my details although they got my dob wrong.  Phoned my bank they said DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFO.They say wrong info to try and trick you into giving them more info.  Next time they call i will blow a wistle loudly down the phone.  I sugest we all do the same.

M not beleved that they had any personal detail. because i hasd also call from them and they help me to reclaim back my money.

but i strongley belive that someone miss use cms's name n try to blame on cms. thats y u people get scary call on everyday.

i dont belive cms is scamer. do you think MOJ and OFT give authorization to any Scamers.

My mum spoke to him yesterday and he said his name was SAM MATTHEW today when he called he said his name is SAM BLUU!!...lool..

the scarey part is that they knew my mothers bank details!!.. how and when did they get this? hmm... if we can establish whether we all bank with the same bank then perhaps the issue lies with the security of that bank???

My other half had a call today from cms but she refused to give out any details till she'd talked it over with me.they'd said they'd call tomorrow.I.ve got the day off tomorrow.rather looking forward to the tirade of abuse i'm saving for them!

i got a call from these people today and i can't believe i fell for it   i am usually on the ball with these kind of things and i amso worried now.

I have to admit that further to my last post that I had an email from claims and they forwarded a copy of an email from pay pal that states that  am being refunded the money paid so I know you can get money back. at least it proves that they are not as bad as people think.

Just got the phone call from presumably India, same as other people.  They already had my name and address.  I was passed on to Tony, the floor manager who started to ask more questions about my bank.  I refused to tell him any further details but did drop in the fact I didn't have any bank charges to recover.  He seemed taken aback and hung up on me!  Great way to p*ss them off and hopefully cross my name off their list.  Try it, even if it's a lie!

I have had similar experience to you all.
The worrying thing was they knew my full bank account details, including the three digit security number and my password for the account.
I contacted my bank immediately and they cancelled my card, however the buggers still got £50.00 from me.

Had one of those calls too. Contact your local TRADING STANDARDS Dept through your local Town Council Offices with any call like this and give them the phone number etc. These scams appear so quickly and are so numerous that it is impossible for Trading Standards to keep up. It needs everyone to give Trading Standards the leads so they can target these people. It will only cost you a local phone call, it could save someone their life savings.
As for A Blair (7 Feb 2009), obviously this person is in league with the scammers.

i stupidly paid £49.99 January 2nd.decided to cancel and called them for a refund.rang them continuosly after being told that they made a refund 21st January still waiting,they reckon they are helping people claim whats owed to them when all they are doing is robbing people,stay well away
