You are so right!!!!  I was just scammed by them today.  We spent $1150 for the photo shoot for our two children.  I drove 1.5 hours to get there to "discuss" the photos they chose for the composite cards.  The Director, Keisha whipped out a WordArt sheet in a plastic sheet protector with outrageous prices and kept pressuring me to pick the 3 year package. With 2 children that would run us $3600.  I felt very pressured and I told her that I wanted to discuss it with my husband.  She told me to call him...at work.  I told her no and that it was a very big family decision.  She kept pressing and I said I was sorry for wasting her time, but I was NOT going to sign anything.  She had the nerve to ask me if I was really serious about getting my children into modeling.  Of course I am....why would I be there if not.  At that point, she still had no signed contract from me and got very antsy and desperate.  I wish I had read all these posts a week ago. Now, when I think back on the whole experience, it was a total scam and we totally fell for it.  PLEASE don't sign anything if your gut tells you not too!!!  I'm glad I followed mine.  Now, tomorrow I will be contacting the BBB and the Crystal Mall in Waterford CT to tell them that this place is a total scam!!!!

Lawyer- I am one of the many that got suckered into signing the agreement, but I did request in writing to cancel the agreement and had it certified and return receipt within the three days. Is there anything I can do to recover the money I put into it if they do not refund me my money?

its a SCAM do not fall for it i used to work for the company and recently quit because i began to feel like a scam artist! It is a rip off!

Ann, since you've worked for Interface do the company actually refund the money back if it's canceled within the 3 day period. I'm still waiting for my refund.

Yes they'll refund it as long as its within the three days otherwise they won't..

this freakin company had the NERVE to call ma house , and they had info about ma daughter, and i was like oh no . so i went to the place in norwalk, and i gave em a piece of ma mind !! they should be shut down.

JH, Stop saying things about interface. We all know that this company is INDEED a scam! When you do research, all you come up with is Interface being a scam!! I personally did not trust this company the moment I walked in. You probably work there anyways, SO stop lying. You probably got minimum wage anyways ;-)

They call me 20 times a day and leave no message, claim they have a new phone systems with problems

I too thought it was rather weird to be approched in the mall i have a 6 month old who I think is a very beautiful baby. just as most mothers feel about there children. my boyfriend and i had entered her in gerber and were about to go to this company when i googled it and saw that the same thing happend to many other people the calling non stop and not leaving a message i finally had them blocked to they cant call me anymore.

I just signed up my gorgeous little 2 year old at the Boca Raton office of Interface this past Friday Dec. 10.

I was pressured into signing up, even though my girlfriend starting crying ( she'd had a bad day at work ) and even though I asked that we have a second meeting to finalize things.

Now that I read all the negative publicity, I think I've made a 1,500 mistake.

The manager told me I had 3 days to request a refund. She didn't give me a copy of the contract and
we were in such a rush to get out of there, we forgot to ask for it.

Does anyone know the procedure for requesting the refund?

I am so upset. Why I didnt check on Internet before... I fall for their lie. We paid for photoshoot $600, it was yesterday, and after when we got home I decided to check about interface on the google.... OMG I started crying ... I could believe, I felt like I was hipnotised by them! It is not only about money, I was so exited about my baby, I know he is very cute, and everybody was telling me to try him in modeling, so when I was stopped by them in the mall I said why not. ( it was in Jearsy Gardens mall, office is in nj).
We have appointment next week again. I just want to take my baby's pictures , tell them what I think about them and leave. I also was thinking to print some reviews and give it out to the parents in the waiting room!
They do the same sh$&&t to everybody, our " director" told us that his daughter got famous because of interface with Avon, he showed us black and white picture of her,,, weird. Now I m wonder why he never showed us Avon magazine with her??

OHMYGOD you guys i went in like a few days ago, my mom signed, got home and realized it was a scam! I read the contract threw and kept reading stories online detailing exactly how I got scammed. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST OR BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU. this is coming from a 15 year old. My mom signed a 450.00 photoshoot, is there anymore money involved that we have to pay? I tried cancelling it and if it doesnt work out, I just want to make sure the amount is not a out of this world,...
I couldnt sleep last night thinking about all the mishaps the scam might bring in to my family IF the photoshoot is more money then we expected.. I just dont know what to do! Can someone please help me?!

thank god for websites like this one i went and bought all new outfits for my kids yesterday because they said they had to be dressed for success and last night i researched interface and all i found was that it was a scam my appointment is today at 2:30 its an hour and half from my house they have called twice all ready and i didnt answer and they didnt leave a message im hoping they call back so i can tell them of. if you are reading this take my advice dont do it how dare they take my husband hard work money and try to spend it

Its Actually not a scam because everything in thei WORLD IS NOt free if you guys ever realized! People need to leave this com-pnay alone and if your not interested well they give yu the option of walking away so just STOP it becuase you guys look ignorant . We have 80% Sucess rate If You Understand what that is ?

Hi i used to work for this company, it is indeed a SCAM! The company stresses out their employees to bring in clients to the office "good quality" clients..we were told to look for parents who look like they have money, it is all high pressure sales and we ask every baby that walks by!

Thanks for all of your comments about InterFace.  They called kept calling me, and like many of you did not leave a message. Once, I asked my fiance to pick up the call and they hung up ironically because they heard a male voice.  They seem to prey on people who they feel they can take advantage of.  I went as far as making an appoitnment because the lady on the line sounded very convincing.  She told me on the phone that they were completely booked except for the two upcoming days which was Saturday and Sunday.  When I asked if I could be booked a month out she said "I do not even have access to that schedule".  I made the appointment with her for Sunday but decided to look the company up because I wanted to make sure that they were legit.  When I saw this site I immediately called back to cancel my appoitnment, which according to the woman there, "There is no way to ever get another appointment once you cancel".  She even offered me an appointment as late as 10pm on Sunday night!  If that is not unprofessional, I don't know what else is.  The place seems like a scam to me, I'm glad there is so many more people that testify here on this site.  I hope they really don't call me back.  Come to think of it I'm not sure how they got hold of my number in the first place!
