This company us certainly NOT reputable! Yes, they do and have gotten work with casting agencies, but that is because they "cattle call". If you put out 1000 resumes, SOMEONE will bite. That said, both of my children have modeled and done acting - with a reputable talent manager. A real agent/manager only takes payment as a percentage of income. No work = no pay. Yes, pictures are expensive. I spent approximately $700 per child for a session (2 rolls film each), my choice of 2 head shots, and 100 prints with resume attached. They have done commercials, print work, movie extras, and music videos. Check out Connecticut Kids. They will be honest, they get work, and they have the connections.

I used to work for Interface as a recruiter and they are a pyramid scam!
They have no real reason to take pictures of little kids, they just like to empty the parents pockets.
This business seems very professional in what they do and they speak very well and know that this scam will soon run out once everyone finds out that this place should be shut down!
These people payed me hella money for nothing! for what to run around colleges risking myself going against the law and being obnoxious to others when I was being forced to recruit these college students. Knowing that they wont get the job or if they did I would get a 60$ bonus if they got hired these people would fire the person they just hired in a day or a few hours. It's basically likea game but it is a PYRAMID SCAM! beware!

I dont think u are confident in what you say...because you have several messages that do not agree with you. Y do they charge $500.-2000. for pictures,]..IF MY CHILDREN COULD MAKE MONEY ...they would not charge me anything take the pics for free and submit the pics with a contract and make much more money this way..DOSE not make sense..I DO NOT BELIEVE YOU AT ALL....I AM SORRY I WENT THROUGH this many times but never gave them a dime..sorry all the people that did. maybe everyone who invested and lost ther money should DO SOMETHING ABOUT and get it BACK...CLose them down THEY HAVE BEEN AROUND FOR SOME TIME NOW...Y...DONT UNDERSTAND - In this day and age with the Economy people are are trying to get ahead and hoping that maybe a couple of lucky chances they can get ahead, and this place is scamming People and getting away with it...SHAME on them..dont let Attorney Bluementhal of ACtion News 8 get involved..that would be the smart thing to do and end this for good...:(

theyve been calling me 2 times a day for a year straight!!   this is a full on scam, you dont need a marketing company OR agency to model. google modelmayhem.com trust you will get more jobs there then Interfake.. to top it off modelmayhem is FREE. Getting headshots done at walmart is cheaper and better then interfaces work LOLOLOL

This is a heads up for anyone who has signed the photo shoot contract. I made the mistake of signing and when I got home I looked up the company on BBB and found this site. I read the comments and realized I made a big mistake of trusting these people. I read over the contract and it clearly states that if you want to get a refund back from the company you must put in a written request to cancel within 3 days of signing the contract. So write a letter stating that you want to cancel the agreement and you want a refund. Make sure you take it to the post office and have it certified mailed and I suggest you also get confirmation so you can check when the company has received it. That will be your proof that they received your written request. So they can not say that they did not receive anything because they have to sign for it and you can also print out a copy of the delivery confirmation. *Again it must be postmarked within the 3 days of signing the contract* otherwise you will have a hella time getting a refund if at all. Be persistent and keep calling to check up on the status of the refund. It took me over a month to get the refund. Every time I called they would give me the round around and they got my return address wrong, etc,etc. Keep on them until you get the refund in the mail. Trust me they DO NOT want to give you your money back. When they got my request to cancel I got a call from the manager trying to pressure & convince me not to cancel. Then after we hung up a second later I got a call from the so called VICE president. What a bunch of BS. After all the messages I left with the front desk requesting a phone call back from the agent I met with the day I signed, NOTHING until I written a not so nice email and accused them of not being professional and threatening to report them to the BBB and Office of Attorney General. Stay away from this company!!!! They should be ashamed of themselves trying to rip people off of their hard earned money.

i actually work for these people and unfortunately the best thing i can say is to call 203 391 5844 and ask to speak with a manager (paul). tell them you have been getting repeated hang up calls and if th3y continue to call your phone number you will contact a lawyer or the police. but beware if after they mark you "not interested" if you call back your # is back in the system. thats the best i can say sweetheart and again i apologize for their disrespectful and unprofessional ways.

you are dead wrong. if you are working with an AGENCY you never pay for anything bc they believe you will be profitable to them if they sign you on. an agency takes a % of what you make per job to fulfill there cost. you should never pay for any photos with an agency. however if you go through a marketing compan such as interface it is acceptable for them to charge you bc they do not take a % of your earnings but there is also no guarantee you will get work either, i work for interface and to tell you the truth if you came in with one arm no teeth and burns ALL OVER YOUR FACE THEY WOULD TRY TO SELL YOU A PACKAGE. and that is the truth, if you have talent go to an agency there are plenty of them all over the place and if they say say they will work with you then invest in a place like interface bc then you know u have talent. they will not tell you thw truth during the eval they will say you are 110% what the agencies are looking for, if you did truly have talent they would be useful to them but getting the "directors" opinion is asking to get ripped off bc they work strictly on commission no salary so there primary goal is to sell packages or they dont get paid.

you are sadly mistaken if you believe anything you just wrote here. i work there and they will legit sell a package to a dead cow. i have been instructed to book appts with children with autism and down syndrome!!! the scouts in the mall are high school kids and the callers are mostly in the teens and early 20's.. im 22.. the directors are nobody's and work for commission only so if they dont sell they dont get paid. if your friends had success then they actual had the potential but they are very dishonest about who does and does not have the potential to be a model or actor and thats why people are upset.

if your kids actually have potential they will get work through interface. however if the "director" sold to you just because i feel very sorry for you and that is not sarcasm. they do actually market the kids but if they dont have potential, ina highly competetive field it is highly unlikely they will get work. see they actually do work with over 200 agencies and companies this is not a lie, but they will tell anyone that they have potential and this is where the scam comes in.

i will say this they do actually have rapport with over 200 agencies and companies. what i have against this is that they will sell to a down syndrome or autistic child. they have no problem selling a $2,000 package to someone who they know has absolutely no potential to be a model or actor and that is where the "scam" comes in. however if the child does have potential they may get work bc it is true 80% do get auditions. however the company is very dishonest and has absolutely no integrity. callers are paid hrly and comission for everyone of ou who walks in and the directors are paid commission only, so that right there tells you about there agenda.
