This is the second time this has happened to me and I would really like these people caught!!!

Left me same message as all the other people are reporting.  Every few months I get these calls from all over ( phone #s /area codes) and its the same guy (from India) with a different name , different company .

Called and left message on answer phone about restraining order and need to call back within 24 hours.  Have no idea what they are talking about

I received a voice mail from them saying that they were calling regarding a complaint against my company and that failure to call them (or have my litigator call them) within 48 hours would result in them filing charges against me and calling my employer.  They made this threat twice, also telling me I would have to go to court and probably do jail time.  They refused to identify themselves) or for that matter, themselves or who was allegedly complaining about my company or the nature of the supposed complaint. Their only instruction was to call back at that number - 216 644-1249.

I work for a business and the call is for a previous employee.  The employee has been gone for at least 10 years and the calls continue to come.

I have talked with someone at this number and have asked them to please stop calling here.  (number: 216-644-1249 called here again for the 3rd time 10/25/2013) .  I am very tired of this company L R LITIGATIONS -I used google and got this company name.  

I hate he ever had to give his employee number for whatever it was these people have collected the information from.  Every time I ask the person to remove this phone number since the employee is gone they tell me they can't.  When I ask them their company name or ask for a supervisor they hang up or cuss me and hang up.  - I am beyond irritated by these folks.

This number called my job last week stating that my name was sent to them by their client and I will get a subpoena to go to court and could settle with them to make a payment of $500.00 to avoid further action. I told them go ahead cause I have all my bank stmt to prove I did not borrow no money from their client!! They hunged up on me, when I tried to call back it goes to a VM that is full but I can leave contact #.

Had this call from 216-644-1249 saying that my bf has a complaint and something about a respondent and he has a restraining order against and that they were gonna call his employer office to confirm his employment like wtf? Really these calls are so annoying

Received a call stating that I needed to call this number back. It was regarding a complaint, they were going to contact my employer, file some type of litigation, also get a restraining order. I've been trying to call the number back, but no one answers...This is so irritating..

This is a scam call. They use words like litigator and restraining order to scare you. Don't call it back. Don't be an idiot.

Came up, when they called, on my caller ID as "Scam call." Picked up the phone just to make sure, as I've never seen that message on my caller ID before. Some woman saying I've paid my credit card bill so well, she wants to give me a better rate. Then I hung up. When going through my caller log ID again, some guy's name was given. When I Googled the name, it turns out one person by that name is a lawyer. Another person by that name is an MIA from Cambodia from 1972. The other day I got another scam call saying my SS# was used in some kind of criminal action in TX. I'm not sure where this latest crop of scam calls is coming from. Normally I get them every once in awhile. Now I'm getting them daily. So hang up the phone, folks! It is indeed a scam.
