When you call these people back they get your telephone number...they now know your number is valid for the person that they tried to call...they now have your name and number to sell on a list. They are not legitimate...report to the Attorney General of your state and DO NOT CALL THE NUMBER BACK!!!!

I too received this pre-recorded message. It was really scary. I kept trying to think who would want a restraining order against me? I called the number back, same deal: mailbox full.

They been calling for the past months and its getting really annoying, Its all a scam...
all they want is to take our money and just keep taking the money!

re'cvd teleprompt notifying me of retraining order filed against me...2166441249 was the call bck number given. though apparently not related to spam, I do believe that it is after typing the number in thw web search box I found this site. I then called the number repeatedly until I actually got an answer...it was the same voice as the voicemail. I told him that I researched the number and about the info I discovered. I then told him not to call my number.

I received a message saying I had a complaint against me and if I didn't contact them within 48 hours with my attorney the only course of action would be to contact my employer.  The message also said that a litigation was against me for restraining order would be issued against me if my attorney hadn't contact their office.  I called the number and it was a recording stating the mailbox was full.

I got the call 8-15-2013 that to protect my rights they will not call my employer in the same breath they will call my employer. I have a restraining to be put against me and I will have to go to court...all I ask "is for what" and take a number and get to the back of the line. Also I am in a Chapter 13, so maybe since they know everything try the courthouse and they can be put on the list. In this case I am protected and if they continue this harassment the lawsuit and restraining order will be reversed to them....they should watch who they are harassing because the tables will turn!!!

I've received a call from a restricted number but they left a VERY UGLY and THREATENING MESSAGE.  It wasn't from a human being, instead from an automative "continous dialing" system.   Since I've already been robbed for thinking I was resolving an old debt that was suppose to be paid but learned that it was a SCAM, I am very concerned.  There isn't any way to confirm the name of the company or what they are calling for, therefore I would like this number to be blocked.  When I returned the call, the mailbox is full for a Chase Matthis...no identification of who he is representing..  I did however, contact an attorney to resolve these SCARE TACTICS - and he stated that it should be reported to the BBB as well as requesting further action be made (i.e., worldwide law suit) be pursued.

This is a scam!!!! The BBB has stated that this business does not exist. these are scammers trying to scam you into paying a debt that does not exist.

I got a voicemail requesting I call this number back.  It literally sounded like something that would be on a joke show.  The messages talked about getting a restraining order against me.  huh?  Apparently, I'm stalking these stalkers.  hilarious.

Same phone call here. I have never been into anything in my life that would warrant a "restraining order"...this is totally ridiculous...I work graveyard shift and these annoying calls are very inconvenient and disturbing. Please put a stop to this madness!

This is def a scam. Have fun with them next time they call back. I told them that I have been waiting for their call and played along until they hung up becuase they werent getting any information from me. [***]... this is a weak attempt of a scam.

Getting calls from this number threatening me, saying I have 24 hours to call them back.  Talking about my employer, going to jail and all kinds of stuff.  Any way to get them to stop calling? I called the number back and the mailbox was full, said to call back later.

I received a phone call from this number stating that they would contact my employer( I am a stay at home mom), take a restraining order out on me plus I would need a lawyer because of litigation. When I called the person back, I got a full mailbox message. This is a company phishing for information and intimidating those who have done nothing wrong.

I have received several phone calls from 216-644-1249 threatening me with an order to show cause and calling my employer.  I did try to return the phone call but mailbox is full.  Who are these people?  Seriously someone needs to put a stop to all these people who have nothing else better to do scaring people.  I will contact the Attorney General Office.  t

Same garbage as the other people are reporting. The threaten to call your Employer and determine you place of employment. I called them and was informed that the Mailbox is full. I want to talk to this (*&^^*^%^T%) person and set them on the proper course to JAIL if possible, but I think this is an off shore scam. It sounds like LRS litagation. Don't fall for it.

I am getting calls to and I call back but no answer it is a scam and I believe they got me ones but not again. .

This Caller is Calling me at My job and I need to report this ..I have not taken out a loan and I know this is a scam due to I was Receiving calls like this last year .
