I received a call from them today and all they can say is "they" have a claim filed against you and never could tell me who "they" was

I received a voice mail from this number earlier today. It was a recorded message and I was told they were filing a restraining order against me in 48 hours unless I contact them. I did not get any person name or company name. If they call me again I will get as much info as possible.

yea, said the mail box was full worse off all they had called my college and told them to give this note  with 216-644-1249  with name as respondent restraing order. I will turn this number in.

This company calls and says they have a restraining order against me this is not ligit.  This is a scam and I'm sick of it!!!

I just received a phone call from this phone number as well. Said they were going to contact my employer, file a complaint against me and put a restraining order on me. I needed to call them back within 48 hours. i tried calling them back at 216-644-1249 and it goes to a voicemail for me to leave my number.

I just got one of these messages too tried calling back all day but got nothing .. who are these people & who do they think they are messing with peoples lives as such someone should sue them for such bull sh.... ......

I received the same call yesterday - said I had 24 hrs to call back.  Tried NUMEROUS times & all I get is voicemail saying "Mailbox is full"!

I just got the same call as everyone else saying they have refrainded from calling my employer because of my privacy but they will call my employer for employment verification.  I have a complaint against me and something about a restraining order and that I or my attorney may have to attend court. I have 24 hours or the complaint will be filed against me.  I called the number and it is LRS LItigation and the mailbox is full.  Surprise surprise.

I also got this same voicemail yesterday. first, I was told they not supposed to leave that type of message on voicemail as it is 3rd party disclosure, and anyone could have listenend to it. in actuality, we could sue HIM for that. it has to be a scam. he says the same thing to all of us over and over again.

Received a threatening call about a restraining order and a possible threat to my job.  R/O's are filed by the county that you live in (not another state), and it involves the court system and sheriff's department.  AND, they DO NOT let you know in advance..  This is just a scam.  

received a call that they were refraining from calling my employer, if I or my attorney did not call within 24 hours they were going to call my employer to verify my place of employment I have a complaint that has been placed about me and I have a restraining order placed against me.   This has came after a string of out of area numbers have been calling leaving messages re: payday loans I never requested and a several strange calls from a young girl calling from a magic jack number same area code stating she was having an affair for the last 7 months with my boyfriend of several years and 3 times her age. She responded back with information reguarding me, but would not give details about my significant other. He then answers the next call and she begins saying oh honey you know who I am, you said you were leaving her, tell her the truth, you know who I am....you don't want to be with her, she is going to file bankruptsy, she has saggy ---and a big ---- He replied I am going to call the police you are harrassing us don't call this number again, she preceeds to call numerous times till 2:30 am when we blocked the calls.

I have received calls from 216 644 1249 threatening to take me to court.  If this is above board they. Need to send me a letter in the mail otherwise stop calling me I will get my lawyer involved and prosecute.  I have tried to call this number several times and it goes to voicemail saying voicemail is full

I've just received a phone call from that number saying that they were going to contact my employer and there was a restraining order and something about litigation. I believe it is a scam. I have had other calls about a year ago with an Indian accent. When I asked to talk to his supervisor, he put on another Indian who cursed at me. They said they were from the US Law Firm.
