I just received a call from this number,stating that they were going to call my employer and that they were going to put a restraining order against me,because supposably I owe them money since 2010. I've been trying to call them back but the voicemail is full and nobody is picking up. SCAM!!!

Keep getting these calls on my work phone.  I have no way to block it, but I don't even bother to return the call.  Obviously it is a scam as I have received no paperwork.

Got a call saying I'm being sued, and they want $500 up front or risk being taken to jail.  I called a lawyer and they said it is probably a scam.  The lady said she didn't have any information on the Pay Day Loan the I defaulted on.  The company is Pay Day Loan Inc.  I asked exactly who is the company the loan was through and she said she didn't have that information with her, but she has my file.  She said I could pay $100 today or be subpeoned.  I told her send me information in the mail and I would be glad to send her copies of bills paid.  Until then go to hell!

Been getting calls from 216 644 1249. They keep saying will csll my emplyer. I havent taken a pay day loan . out. They keep saying gonna call my emplyer in 4 hours. If u call number back it says boxis full.dosent sound like a real lawyer to me. What do i.do???

This number constantly calls me looking for someone I don't know about a restraining order.  When I ask them to remove my number they just hang up.

Same msg left that they were filing litigation against me threatened to contact my employer. Know one answers the phone.

I got the exact same message!  However, not only am I a paralegal, but I am also in bankruptcy.  And they referred to a restraining order - not likely.  I never received a Letter of Intent from anyone that if I don't cease to contact them that a restraining order would be initiated.  Further, this action starts at the Magistrate's office; I have not been served with ANYTHING!  Unfortunately, it is not so easy to block their call for me, as they can still leave menacing voicemails.  Also, I am on the DNC list.  I have not ever taken out a payday loan.  As far as I know, no agency even follows up on the complaints.  I am just glad to have this information system as a line of confirmation for what I believed it to be; being able to follow other's posts is, at least, a relief.

How can I get them to stop calling me?  They have called my cell like 4 times this week and my work twice. I almost feel like crying I am so done with this.  They will go like 4-6 months no call then start up again and though I know it's a total scam it just so annoying to have to deal with total scam a**holes like this. I realize they keep doing this as if they can get 1 out of 10 people they call to fall for it they will keep going so I hope that others do not fall for the bullsh*t they feed you!  I don't even know how they got my information but they have it and now not sure what I can do aside from what I have already done to stop this.  I have written the district attn in my state and filed a complaint and they even wrote me back twice on it as well as the BBB.  I don't know what else to do.  I never get a chance to talk to anyone from the number even when I ask it (comes up private everytime they call too) so when I hit 9 or call back their mail box is full they never answer.  If anyone out there has any suggestions please help.

They never send anyone and never do anything because it's a scam. I get these calls every year right before the holiday season begins. Until im served by the sheriff dept I'll keep ignoring. They want u to make a payment to cancel the order. They get your hard earned money and your out of your hard earned money all for a scam.

I received a call from this number and they say I have a restraining order against me. I am sure this is some kind of harassing message and when I call the number its a full mail box. They need to be reported to the proper authorities.

10/10/2013 got the sme BS called box full called back agin got threw to a tape if this is your correct # will call u back can't wait I use a air horn type air can device blast the phone only comes up blocked call ...also get calls from Ca. same story have fun with these idots great way to loosen up don't let them get u down or they win...

I got a the same message as everyone else from this number. Complaint, restraining order, yada yada.  Also, they said up to now they have refrained from calling my employer, but my employer informed me that they received the same call that I did (stating they had refrained from calling my employer up to this time).  Definitely has to be a scam!

I got this recorded message at my work. I have gotten this message several times. Its a scam. I got the guy once tried to give him my attorneys information he got irate started threatening me and told me I was going to jail. He then hung up on me.

This is a scam from the get go!! My call started just like everyone else's call. They call up stating that I borrowed money from a pay day loan company online and they did not get paid back. Well I never did. So that is how I knew it was a scam! Also they say they are attorneys and we can settle it with their clients now without going to court, well it does not work like that. Real attorney will send you a letter telling you what they are going to do, if you ask them to and then they will file something in your county court. I told them where they could go along with the first lady who was smacking gum the whole time she was talking on the phone being a smart a**! Do not give them any money!! It is all fake!!
