Don't worry about that stupic Call  Ive been getting them for about 2 years now  IT   a total scam about taking out a loan with an on line pay day loan that you never paid back!! I never took one out but they say if We start paying them what they want they will take us to court....I LAUGHED AND LAUGHED and Pissed this guy off so bad  He hung up on me twice  LOLOL  nothing to worry tell them to F OFF and laugh at them..Trust me they will not call back again.......hope this put you at ease....bye for now...Will

Was contacted by this number saying they would contact my employer if I or my lawyer doesn't call them back in 24hours. And blah blah blah

It used to be middle eastern people, and now its a recorded person who sounds american.

It's a scam.  People don't sue you over the phone.  If they are sending you a court summons, it comes on a piece of paper.  They don't call you and tell you that you have to come to court.  

And restraining orders are for people who are threats to people.  You don't get restraining orders against you for avoiding somone...  LOL.

Just received this very same prerecorded message on my work phone -- threatening to call my employer - litigation - restraining order - the whole bit.  My work number is on a do not call registry.  If they call again - I will tell them that I will report them to the police.

I received the same type of call however mine is always listed "UNKNOWN"  Great information on how to handle this matter.  Appears to be a scam.  I, too, received several calls last year and report to the police department in the city I resided at that time.  Gave them a list of all the phone numbers they had been calling from.  Now it is starting again.

I received the same threatening voicemail at my work & on my cellphone. Threatening to contact my employer, a restraining order if I do not call them back within 24 hours. I am so glad that I found this website. I will not be calling these [***] back because i now know it's a scam. Thank you for all the comments and information.

they called my work with a recording and my co-worker took the message. i called them back and got the voice box is full.  well if they got a litigation bring it on, uncle sam is first in line with my student loans, everyone takes a number behing the govt.  ;P

I got this same message stating the same message as everyone else on the complaint line. I am going to find out who this is and report them to the State Justice Department.

just had a message left on my voice mail stating that i needed to contact this LR litigations company for some restraining order that i have no idea what they are talking about, but that if i didn't call that they would contact my employer for verification of employment.  what the hell is this all about and why would someone harass another person with such a lie.  this is not funny at all and should be dealt with and consequences should be given.

I have reported them to the Ohio attorney general we will see if they do anything about it or not but yea definitely a scam lol and they aren't very smart at that. It has been reported to the better business beareu as well I don't understand why they haven't been stopped already.

I got this call again this year after a year hiatus.  I am glad I looked it up on the web as I had forgotten about it.  This year the information left on my voice mail is from LR Litigation Group.  Same stuff.  Going to contact my employer, yada, yada, yada.  Last year I did get an email name and sent an email of cease and dismiss and did not hear from them after that until now.

You can report them to the BBB website but I was told they cannot trace these people down because they give different numbers a lot of the time.  Last year they got really ugly and I would pick up my phone at work and hang up immediately.  They kept calling back and actually got rude on the phone.

Amazing what people go through to try and get money from you.

I have been receiving calls from this number without any id, either in print or by voice.  This person tells me there is a  litigation issue I need to respond to immediately.  He goes on to say that if I call him back soon, he will NOT have to call my employer, however if I do not call him back he will be forced to call and verify my employment, which makes no sense. I am sick of these calls.

They use VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol)...they can make the number appear to be any number they wish as long as it's not traceable back to them...I know, they tried that with me several times using my OWN cell phone number as the number they were calling from...really, how STUPID do you think I am!!! It is a complete and total SCAM!!! They try to use scare tactics to get your personal banking information and then start to siphon money from you bank account.

I recieved call call from this number as well and I have called back several times and the mailbox is always  full.

This number called my job today telling me that there was a restraining order against me bc of a pay day loan I took out. I called back and they had no information as in what day it came in what account it went into nothing. Told me theyd see me in court. A restraining order? or a loan...really?
