I just got a message from 216-644-1249, similar to those already described. My version was a very garbled answering machine message that I could barely understand, but it mentioned a restraining order and threatened to contact my employer and stated that the number to call was 216-644-1249. So I called 216-644-1249, curious to find out who was behind this. I got a message that the voice mail box had not been set up yet. I'm going to block the number.

I just recieved the same phone call, I get them at least three times a week its horrible and a nuisance and its harrassing. Please help us all with these kind of calls...

Just called me and said the same thing everyone is stating . I don't even work and these scam people need to be stopped   Please make them stop calling and threatening me

I received the same message. it was a recorded voice. how do they get my number?

when i answered the phone, it was a recording with my name saying i had some litigations against and incuded a restraining order...
this call came thru from an unknown number, and left 216-644-1249 as a return call back number..
call it back, goes straight to voice mail-says LRS Litigations can not accept any more voice mails...

Received a call from 866-380-6583. It was a recorded message saying that I was to contact Chase Mathis at 216-644-1249 regarding a complaint and restraining order that was going to be filed against me. If I didn't return the call, they threatened to contact my employer.

I am sure it was a scam...another way to try and take advantage of people..I blocked both numbers on my cell phone.

What litigation firm/company would leave a pre-recorded message on a phone!! If this was legitimate, legal documents would be mailed via certified receipt through the postal service as a means to provide documented efforts on the firm's part.

I agree with you.  I have been thinking of changing my number as well.  I just today received this threatening call about a restraining order.  They are trying to get info about your employer so they can garnish wages but all of that has to go through the judicial system first.

I just got that same call today. I do owe creditors, but you are correct debt collectors have judicial protocol to follow.  This is not it.

Got a call today at work from 213 337 0014 saying that there was a case against me and to obtain an attorney and to call 216 644 1249 or they would be calling my employer to check status of my employment, of course that is where they were calling to start with.  This scamming needs to stop because innocent people will believe what they say and get scammed out of funds they cannot afford to loose.

I receive the same message threatening also.

I know this is a scam i am unemployed never took any loans its really a shame that there are people out there that do these type of things and yes i did call the number back call went right to recording i hope these people look there on phone number up so they can see these comments im not a fool so they need to try somebody else i called the number back to give them a piece of my mind waiting on a second call dont fall for it!!!!!

I received a call from this number today, threatening to contact my employer, unless I call back, that I had 24 hours to respond or my attorney -- saying that I had a restraining order and that they would contact my employer -- I have no problems with anyone and when I call back the mailbox is full and its say LRS litigation group --

I got a call from one of my old coworkers from a job I no longer work for that said these number called for me and told them it was important I called back that I had a restraining order being placed on me so I looked up the number and its a scam.

Just receved a voicemail form this 216-644-1249 number that my employer will be contacted if me or my attorney do not respone in 24 hours. Supposedly my name has been given about some loan. I am not calling back - sound like a SCAM too me!!

They called and said that if I didn't respond in 24 hours they would contact my employer and have restraining order placed on me.  They call from an "Unknown" number, but then they leave a number.

i have gotten this call alot lately, and they wont stop so i will blocked them soon , they will not stop and they have called my job and the asst manager told then i wasnt there

hi, my name is tenzin khechoe and i got call from same companie (litigation issue)  just received the the same message on my phone and the number came up on Caller ID as BLOCKED but they left the phone number 216-644-1249 and I had 24 hrs to respond or "they" would call my employer. They also said I was a respondent. i have save his message on my phone.

I have the same phone call from 2166441249 they said some about contacting my employer I have 24 hrs to call back I call but no one answer so just somebody ken do some to stop those fyckers?

Receive two calls from this number. Stating that there is some type of complaint against me. This is scam

i just had this same number contact me and say the exact same thing. But they did call me at work. The harrassement of these people need to stop. Aggravated I am.
