I got a call from  these f$#@ people today and im sick of this game im not chaging my number fro them it would cost me 5.00 to have them blocked but I wont pay for that we are the victims here not these [***] people it say from Cleveland oh I will find an address for these people and then we can do something about it

I received the same phone call on my cell on 08-29-2013. I called the number from my cell, and all I got was the voice box is full. So I kept trying and trying, and then some man finally answered, he gave me the name of jerry norwood, saying that a payday loan was totaling $1,500.00, I asked him what is the name of the payday loan, and he said that they didn't provide him with that information. He kept putting me on whole, and I could hear other people talking in the background. He said that he can lower the fee to $500.00. He is a black man, but he kept playing around on the phone, I told my husband about this, and he said the samething, that it is nothing but a scame. I am not sending them anything at all. The message also mentioned about a restraining order, this let me know that something is not right. I do hope that they get caught big time. Saying that I will be contacted at my job, and for me to get an attorney. This is so out of line, and I am tired of it. They are not getting anything from me.

I JUST got this phone call right now. Same voice mail as the others as well. I will just delete the message and move on with my day. I will block this number too. Thanks guys for the feedback. Phone number came up as 216 644 1249

Yeah obviously they are still up and running I got the call and im like restraining order?  I am also own boss so dont work for anyone lol.  So laughed at that part. 216-644-1249

But the restraining order was like I havent seen anyone in awhile is no one mad at me why would a girl be asking for a restraining order so yes called back got the voice mail looked up the info from the message and found this lovely site hopefully the feds go take this person down to a tune of like 50 years.

Received call from 2166441249 today. They claimed that I was a respondent in a restraining order and that they would contact my employer if I or my lawyer didn't call them within 24 hours...so I called back and left my lawyers phone number on their phone that had a full mailbox but yet can take a secondary number.

got the same call.  I did, in fact, take out a few payday loans over the years but have paid them all back on-time.  These scammers get your information from these companies and draw up false claims against you.  I guess they operate by "throw enough crap against the wall and some of it has got to stick" so I'm sure they do get $$$ from some unfortunate people.  If and when they call me and actually get me, I ask them to hold and then I conference them into their state's attorney's office - they hang up VERY quickly!

These people calling my 90 year old Mother telling her she is a co-defendant in a lawsuit against me and will contact her employer if her attorney doesn't call them back....you call the number back and tells you mail box is full......and I might add......mail box is ALWAYS full.......flippin jerks......

spoke to jeff miller he said i was going to be arrested if i didnt pay back a payday loan in the amount of $1329.18 i got scared and agreed to pay 50.00 right away had a question for him got voice mail so called the bank and they gave me this #404-942-3688 universal client co. lady answers and sayed that company has not had this # for 8 years hung up on me tryed 3more times and lady hangs uppls be very carefull and dont fall for this its better to be served and go to court if there is really a court date

I received the same message does anyone know who vendor is?   I found information pertaining to debt collectors harrassing people...

I got the same call, threatening to call my employer and file a restraining order against me. The caller ID came up "Unknown" but the message said to call them back at 216-644-1249. When you call that number it says that the mailbox for LRS Litigation Group is full, but they allow you to leave a call back number; I left the number for my local police department hope they do call! They already have an F rating with the BBB, and tons of complaints on file.

I just got this same call. They left the same number 2166441249 and message. Glad I looked it up first before calling, its just way to many scams out there! Be Smart and Protect yourself people!!

Got a call, restraining order, litagation(sp), contact my employer, blah blah blah, told me to press nine, I did and got the litagation department. Guy said how can I help you, and I told him I don't know you called me figure I pissed someone off with my patriot post and my signs outside of my house, or how I practice my right to carry my handgun on me in public. He hung up no rebutal nothing. :)

I got a message stated that they were going to call my employer if I did not respond-- said it was regarding a restraining order. I work in the legal profession and have a law enforcement background & this is not how things are done. Clearly a scam. I reported them to the FCC.

I received a call from this number with the same threats managed to get some guy with a deep voice with an acccent he couldnt give me any information on this so called loan the call got disconnected when I try to call him back I just get the voice mail that is full.

I am also receiving calls everyday on my cell phone.  They leave me the message That action has been taken against me as a respondant and something about a restraining order.  Also threaten to call my work.
They say to return the call and can press 9 to talk to a litigator.  One message was on Labor Day and now it is an every day thing.  Wish I knew how to stop them.  They don't give a company name and it comes up
restricted or unknown

I got the same message, but luckily I have an attorney to refer it to.

Just received a message...much the same as the rest of the posts.  Nonsense.  I plan to block it.

I recieved the same exact messaged, bascially like they were trying to threaten me, and when I called it back some mans voice popped up barely understanding what he says his name is, then the recording says that the mailbox is full.

How can you block numbers like that on prepaid devices.
