I've had these phone calls before. When I asked for more information, they said it was a Payday Loan. I asked them how much the loan was supposed to be for and they weren't clear on the amount. The only thing I got out of them was that it was probably $5,000. I've never borrowed that much money from PayDay in my life. The only loan I had was for six years ago for $50, and I have a signature on the form saying it was paid back to the company in full a week later.

If there was a loan and it wasn't paid, wouldn't the loan company have contacted me by phone or mail to remind me? Wouldn't there be a statment somewhere showing what was owed during that six year time period? Any loan company worth their salt would have done just that.

They threatened me, telling me that the Sheriff was going to be knocking on my door. I said that I was married to a Deputy Sheriff, and if there was any knocking on my door, that it would be my husband. They got angry and swore at me.

Just keep standing your ground and push back.
I think that the company name US Law Firm was the first clue that it was not legitimate.

Got a call from this number and I believe it's a prank. I contacted the local authorities to look further into it

I received a call from them stating they were going to have a restraining order against me, and that i had 24 hours to contact them with my lawyer and that they would see me in court.

these person keeps calling me at my job....he even left a message on someone else's voice mail.

even though I have no idea who they are, I don't own anything....it makes me upset that they are doing this.  They did this about a year and a half ago, then it stopped.  Now it's back.



 

I received the same call stating that I needed to call this number back They were going to contact my employer, file some type of litigation, also get a restraining I tried to call the number back, but the mail box was full.  I think it is a scam.  I received a call from this area several months ago.  I would not give them any money and they stopped calling.

Got the robocall twice before and now again, for the third time just today. Twice before they called my employer, but they know it's a scam and just hang up and delete any messages. Once, I did manage to get a human voice but I wasn't very polite and he hung up on me. Should I file a complaint with the Ohio State Attorney General's office?

I received the same phone call and also tried to call back and the message box was full, when I answered the phone and waited on hold to talk to someone the phone call dropped and no one ever came to the line. This phone call seems fishy and I am reporting the phone number left on my voice mail with a complaint to the BBU

Just got the call a few minutes ago but it came up as a restricted number.  I tried calling back the number they left on my voicemail it says the mail box is full. The number wouldnt be restricted and the mail box wouldnt be full if it was legitimate company.  

I recieved a call from an attorney's office called LRS for the first time today threatening litigation actions as well as retrainting orders. Further stated that they have restrained from calling my employer but give no reason as for their complaint,. No notice by mail to legitimize the unstated accusation. I called back voicemail is full. Who is this and what do they want?

I recd a voicemail threatening me with a restraining order if I did not call back.  I don't know of anyone that would have a restraining order against me.  I have been receiving all kinds of calls like this.

Recvd call adv that they have been trying to contact me and next step will be to call my employer. NO name or company name only a phone number left. Clld number back four times no ans only a vm adv this is for LRS Litigation and mail box is full.

I got the same message as everyone else.  I am ignoring it but this number should be reported as a repeat offender.

Received this phone call from this # twice today via my work # but my work knew it was a scam due to a robotic voices!Like everyone else, tried to call to tell them to quit this harrassment as this is clearly a scam!  Im hoping it'll stop when they get the damn hint they are being ignored!

They have been calling to my job and just leave the phone number. I filed for chapter 13 at the beginning of the year therefore not sure who and why they are calling.

I just received the same phone call and i pushed 9 and it hung up. I have gotten so many scam calls, it seems that they just start with you and keep passing your number along to other people. This actually came out on Dr. Phil and they are people in India and Africia. What a shame.

These people call and call from a 216-644-1249 something about a restraining order against me and that I have 24 hours to respond and if not that they would call to verify employment. SOMEONE NEEDS TO PUT A STOP TO THIS . I WILL REPORT THEM TO ATTORNEY GENERAL

This "business" needs to be shut down. Debt collectors, that is who I believe they are, are not allowed to harass or lie. The law needs to be checked on this so they can be shut down. They seem to be lying and threatening people by making us believe the calls are legitimate.

The call came in as a recording and I was to push 9 to speak to a real person. I did not do that. They have called once before -not long ago. Such scammers!! Go back under the rock you came from!!!  I believe that a 216-217-5984 and 216-536-3460 are connected. They tell me the mail box is full and push 5 to leave a call back number. I did that-gonna have some fun now if and when they call back.
