I gotten a voice message from this person. Well, I want be calling back. Also, if you are really a business company. You would do business the right way. You would send a person a business letter. The letter should have all of the information like the company name, address( not a P.O. Box) , city, state, phone number(real number , no cell number) . How much was the loan, what the day, month and year it was done. Also, I want to know what is a restraining order have to do with collecting a debt. Is these  people for real or what. I will be reporting this phone number to the state Attorney General Office. I wonder why these people want get it. Everyone is letting people know they are scamming people.

This number has been calling and saying i have a court case to appear before. If i dont call them back they are going to call my work. I called them back to give my lawyer info and its just a mail box. lawyer says it a scam.

This number calls my wife's cell and says that they have been trying to contact me because they have a complaint against me and their next course of action is to contact my employer. I need to have my attorney contact them ASAP.

Got a called telling me there was a complaint files against me  I needed to called within 48hrs to retain any attorney or they would contact my employer and face giant lawsuit. And would have to face court costs up to 3000. Called unknown and just left message and no name

I have received 3 calls from a "blocked" number but leave a message, regarding that they will call my employer in regards to a so-called restraining order...against whom??? Isn't that what restraining orders are about??? The first call they said that I had only 24hrs to respond that was last friday, today they claimed that I had only 4 hrs.....wtf??? I would like to know the name of this debt-collector so I can file a complaint against them. They can't threaten with legal action, if there is even such a thing as a restraining order concerning a debt (which I doubt), they have to notify via the US Mail or a process server...so sick of this crap, every few months I get calls from these kind of people I should just change all my phone #'s..

I Just spoke with them, and I told them I do not own no money he said good lock, see you at court, wait for the order. I know is a scam people.They said I own them $1,200. They was very rude.

This company has been "robo-calling" me for the past 3 days; even living voice mails on my phone. Threatens to call my boss to verify employment if I don't call back.  Just called this number back-got message "Mailbox belonging to LRS Litigation is full".  Best advice-keep log of all calls of this type (keep voicemails if possible), and when you have about 10 or 12 of these calls, call your local district attorney or FBI office for any assistance they can offer.

yeah I got a similar message. Stating that a restraining order was in place from a party unknow. i need to call this 2166441249# or they were going to contact my employer. I beive it is conected to a Dana chick that I just dealt some business with, I have a wierd feeling that was a scam too.

this chick from another # told me the same thing. Said they have trying very hard. This is the 1st time I have heard from them, and I owe so much. supposedly from a payday loan. I havnt had that since Oct 2010. I think that some where somebody can get these records and try to distroy your credit and make threats.

I received the same call today,  it was a man voice sound like he's  from india, they called me twice,  I wish these calls stop. They left me message stated I have 24 hour to response or they will contact my employer. and take me to court. I did called that number 216-644-1249 left on my voice mail. It was a recorder stated cant take any calls mail box is full. I knew then thats a scam. I wish these scam artists stop, don't we have enough problem in this world. This is a SCAM!! So do not be worried. I say this because I am disabled, so what employee are they going to call. I can barely get out in the public because of my illness. They called about a litigation against me for a restraining order and for my lawyer to contact them. I haven't had contact with anyone, but family and doctors. These people are just trying to get your personal information, so don't be alarm. I just got my credit card information stolen while being at the motel, while attending some doctor appointments that were out of town and had to cancel my credit card, due to someone hacking my computer. Just be careful with your information while being at hotel and motel because they do not protect your personal information.

You do not need to give your lawyers information because it's a Scam!! Why would they be contacting you about a legal matter over the phone and not contacting the Sheriff Dept. about getting papers served to appear in court.

Have you recently stayed at a motel or hotel maybe in the last couple of months. Be aware that that these computer hackers goes to these places just to get peoples information. That might be how they got your phone number.

I received a call from 216-644-1249 this morning.  Stating that they would place a restraining order against me.  Said it was about a loan with PayDay loans of America.  I haven't taken out a loan with them.

They did me the same thing. Threatening to call my job to confirm my work place, and they will have a restraining order out for me.

I got that same call, and you talking about making someone mad. Can't stand these pain in the ass, always someone wanting to bother someone else.

this company called me with a threat of some litigation issue.checked on line and it states scammers.THIS SO CALLED COMPANY plus phone number which per the research is a cell phone number should be investigated by the proper athorities such as the FBI.i went on line and have many printouts.IF I RECEIVE ONE MORE CALL I WILL NOTIFY THE PROPER ATHORITIES AND FILE A COMPLAINT SUCH AS WITH THE FBI.I HAVE CALLED MANY TIMES THE NUMBER AND A RECORDING STATES MAIL BOX FULL NOT ACCEPTING ANY MESSAGES.THEY ARE SCAMMERS.THE DATE THAT I RECEIVED THE CALL 7/10/2013.THEIR TELEPHONE NUMBER 216-644-1249.
