My daughter goes to school out of state, she was seen at a Lincare/Urgentcare type facility.  Our bill came from HealthStream in which I was happy to pay at the time.  However, I do not wish to receive calls on my cell from these people.  My business w/you is done. Please stop calling.

just got a call from 301-575-9366, did not answer, as it was not a number recognized... no voice mail left, and am on the national do not call list. . . 301 is a long way from our home... we have never been in the area 301 in our lives.  ~ annoyed & it took cell phone mins away too.

The hospital told me they would be calling after i had my baby two weeks ago. They do surveys over the phone instead of the hospital sending out a paper survey.

received a call from these folks... the are legitimate org. discerning the quality of care from someones last hospital visit as required by law. if you would like continued bad healthcare in this country then dont speak with them, otherwise answer there dang questions. if dr sucked, say it. nows ur chance to help all of us, if he was stellar let us know that too... we all need to find good drs. this helps. quit badmouthing the repairman, because he fixes the machine... instead tell him of the whirs and clicks it made before it died...

I keep getting calls from this number and have no idea who it is calling.  They never leave a message and it is getting iritating.

I answered today after a million calls. They never leave vm. Dude was nice, quick survey. He said they aren't allowed to leave a vm incase wrong person hears the message. Hospital told me they would call after visit instead of a paper questionnaire. Save the Trees! But save USPS too! : )

I do not answer ANY call inwhich I do not know the phone number - People-let them call your phone. We all have caller id these days - it costs THEM money to call our phones multiple times but it does not cost us anything if we do not answer. If it's important, they will leave a message

They claim to be your personal doctor with urgent medical information - they are calling me and my designated emergency contact from my hospitalization last year - they are a collection agency- obviously southwest mediical center in vancouver, wa employ this company to collect outstanding debt - however, there claims of being my physiciam and needing to reach me about a medical condition - which is what they are telling my emergency contact - he recorded this bogus claim-
I'd like to see swmc and these [***] fined for underhanded illegal methods being used to attempt to  debt collection - they have no right to contact emergenncy contact

I work for this company and it isn't a bill collector. It's a survey about your recent visit to the hospital.

this is from healthstream, call your medical provider to confirm.  i work at a hospital and they just call you to ask a short survey pertaining to whether your providers office was clean, courteous, professional with you.  simple stuff like that.  as for hippa: these people work for your provider

They called for my teenaged son at my cell number. I told her she had the wrong number. It is, after all, 9:00 pm and too late for him to take calls.

I got a call from this number at almost  9pm on a weeknite.. who is it and how did they get my number.. I have not gotten on any sites like this to get my number.. I dont answer unknown calls-
