This person has called many times asking to talk to Linda. They were told she is in the hospital and not here. They continue to call back each day. How dumb are they? Don't they understand she is not here? They said they wanted to do a survey. I am reporting this to my state Attorney General for harassment if it continues.

Just received a call from this number, too - second time today I've received a bogus call with no message (I typically don't answer if I don't recognize the number, especially if it's a long distance number from an area code I don't recognize).  Recently signed up with everycall.com (http://www.everycall.us/) and have started black listing these numbers so I don't get bothered with them.  You can sign up for free on a trial basis - then re-sign up oncethe trial period is over.

Im sorry but when you tell this "interviewer" over and over again that you do not wish to participate why do you insist on calling back EVERYDAY.  If the healthcare provider is allowing/asking you to do this on their behalf then they should be letting us know when we sign the hospital forms and HIPPA forms.  This is a violation of HIPPA with giving out our information and I will be reporting it.  Whether its your job or not, its not being done properly.

I work at a hospital who participates with health stream to do their surveys. Patients very clearly sign the form but no one ever reads the HIPAA form because they assume its just stating we follow the HIPAA law however it also states we may contact you for surveys, fundraising, research and such. All within the law. Read your admissions forms before you sign.

Got a call today from this number 301-575-9366 with no message. Strange will have to call it see what I get...It is a HealthCare Survey...

We have been receiving almost daily calls from 301-575-9366, HEALTHSTREAM. They are looking for information on a hospital stay my wife had, and they are relentless!

Has anyone had the same problem?

The lady said she was doing a survey about a doctor I had gone to. I couldn't understand her questions & she had to keep repeating them. Finally, I said just mail me the survey. I can't even understand what you're saying. She hung up.

This number called me today. I called back and it is some health care or hospital wanting a survey. Never been to a Maryland hospital. There was just a machine recording when I called back. Strange..... wish people or places like this wouldn't get my number... very annoying.

Sorry Not buying that crap.  Hipa Laws prohibit Dr offices from giving this info out to data mining companies, so someone at the Dr office is "selling" phone numbers as a side business.   I got a call from this number just a few hours after being questioned by an appointment clerk some VERY personal info which I stopped the questions after the second question,  She insisted she needed this for security purposes, but I had already been through the entire registration process, and had given secure info to the registration clerk who is the only one allowed to set up this info.  I taped the call with the clerk, and am going to turn her in.  THis is illegal info to  distribute as its health related and has nothing to do with "How I was treated at the Dr office"

I got a call from 301-575-9366. I did not answer. They did not leave a message. I did not recognize the number so I googled it and this site popped up.

They might be a valid survey organization, jimwhoski but thier calls and actions are still violations of federal law:

 •  All organizations exempt from the "DoNotCall" list prohibitions (such as "survey" firms) are REQUIRED by federal law to maintain their own, proprietary, "Do Not Call" lists and are REQUIRED to put your phone number on those "Do Not Call" lists when anyone they call asks them to do so.

Their nicely-worded mission statement on their website is just fine.  They must STILL follow the law.  And - very simply - any callers who are rude and impolite aren't likely to be anyone or any organization with whom you want to deal.  Report them, file the complaints with the FCC, DoNotCall.org, and - especially with the Maryland Office of the Attorney General, Consumer Protection Division.  They WILL pursue it, take action, and stop these calls from Maryland!

I think this "research" group is doing work for Medicare.  I received two different questionaires from United Health by mail.  It said I wasn't under obligation to return the survey, so I didn't  It was quizzing how often I used Medicare in the last year.  I think it is just Obamacare being nosy.

I think they are doing a survey for United Health Care, and I already got 2 serveys in the mail.  It said on them that I didn't have to send it back, so I didn't.  It's for Medicare, and I don't know who else.  I told one person I'm NOT answering their questions!

Caller ID just showed the number.  This is the first time for a call from this number.  I didn't answer the phone and no message was left.

this company keeps calling me told them to stop calling that my number is on the dnc list, also my wifes number the have a recorded message requesting that they will keep calling and that they urge us to complete a satisfaction survey, that drs, hospitals rely on this service.

The complaints for this company on this website date all the way back to 2008. So obviously it's not going to stop. I have no health insurance or Doctor that I see. I did have my gall bladder removed in October 2012 at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga TN. They call 3-4 times a day, between 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. they also call on Saturdays.
