From Finland... just got a call from +393193260021 and they hang up on me. I was stupid enough to call back. Some Italian was spoken on the voice mail.. .didn't understand anything. Waiting for the phone bill...

We have contacted the Italian Regulator Agcom.  The company that has been allocated all these 39319xxxxxxx is Intermatica (Italy.

Earlier this year the International Regulator (ITU) shut another identical international call back scam down.  Those 'premium rate' numbers also belonged to Intermatica (Italy)

my girlfriend has my another phone connection in use, and she were called today from that same number 393193260021. Her number is also hidden, so how could they call to her??

Luxembourg, was called yesterday evening 22:00. Called back "this number is not allocated"

I'm from the Netherlands. I got the call this morning at 6.15u! Freaking early!! Can't they disconnect this number so they can't harass us anymore!?
It's weird that they are calling people from all over the world! Luxembourg, Finland, Dubai, and so on...
I picked up and they stayed on for half a minute, then they disconnected... Hope they won't call again at that time of day!

all these 39319326xxxx are Italian porn line numbers. they are owned by Intermatica (Italy). these are expensive 'premium rate' numbers.
 
if you call the number the money is shared between our phone companies and Intermatica.  This is why no one is disconnecting any of these numbers.

The Italian Regulator Agcom has been told and are ignoring it.

These missed call/call back crooks are using lots of these numbers and have been using them for a year.

this is mass-marketed spam that is being sent to millions of phones in numerous countries.  It is against International law.  These 39319xxxxxxx numbers are Italian mobile numbers all belong to Intermatica (Italy) and are being used to bill for premium rate services.  They are intentionally being left to give the impression they are genuine calls.  If your children were to innocently return the call not only would you be left with a large phone bill your child would be connected to some porn line from Italy.

The national phone companies and Intermatica are sharing the revenue from this fraud.
