What is going on? What are you hoping to achieve by blaming ex-employees? You should focus your efforts on reassuring people that Opton is not another scam! Was Avishek involved with Continental Telecom? These are the questions that need answering.

This 'informer' has obviously rattled Opton. This is understandable - It must be quite disconcerting to have a rouge employee in your midst - feeding damaging information anonymously in order to damage this company's reputation. According to what has been said this employee has been dismissed from the company and is seeking his revenge. The latest comments, presumably written by Opton suggest they have identified the culprit involved. I do hope for your sake you are right as false accusations carry hefty fines - even ex-employees can sue a company if they have been wrongly identified and insulted. I have a couple of questions. Is it common knowledge within Opton that Avishek was involved with Continental Telecoms? Is it also common knowledge that Opton are operating a scam, or has this employer just been very astute and has identified what is going on? Such questions could uncover whether it is possible to even identify this 'informer'. Indeed this 'informer' could even be more than one person! It's worth thinking about before pointing the finger at one person.

I hear the tension is almost at breaking point within Opton. Already employees are starting to complain about the working environment....everyone is being treated with suspicion and everyone's movements are being continuously observed. A number of people have been subject to an interrogation - which has been an upsetting ordeal for some employees. Their has been anger and tears and everyone is pointing the finger everyone else. Other employees are wondering if Opton will be closed down and are starting to look for new jobs. What is exasperating the situation is the leaking of photographs of employees on this forum....fractions are emerging within Opton and some of the staff are angry their image has been leaked whilst more senior employees who profit greatly from this scam are not being exposed. Everyone is speculating on the identity of this 'Informer' and this 'Opijni' too - they are being mentioned on a daily basis by some of the employees who are also checking out this website. Avishek is reportedly livid that his name has been linked with Continental Telecoms after all this time. One thing is for certain - these are troubling times for Opton and their future is definitely uncertain.

The question is not who am I, but where am I? And who do I still know that works at Opton? Would you care to guess the answers Opton?

I must say I am extremely disappointed that Opton cannot even be bothered to reply to us anymore. They obviously do not care about their customers.

So am I...and to think these fraudsters even try to defend themselves on these sites.

Got a call a guy said my computer is in, I told him he had the wrong number and that I don't allow computers in my home.

We're not finished with you yet Opton. When you last expect us - we will emerge once more.

Seems like they are not getting many good reviews on their facebook page either - other people are leaving messages on there alerting others that they are a scam company. Come on Opton - you need to defend yourselves, otherwise you just look more and more guilty!

I received a similar call from "Stanley Rogers" stating my pc had several components of Microsoft that had stopped working.  After reading all the comments above, I have decided to cancel and request my money returned.

Opton PC has helped me a lot. People I wanna say that it's name is being used by some telemarketers. Opton is a reputed company and has helped me a lot over the years.

I don't know y'all just keep saying [***] that it's a scam. They have actually provided me a lot of services and security by which my pc works faster and it has never rebooted itself. No issues of lagging as well. I do have their number which is 7025835515. I think the Area code is of Nevada.
And they would never take money and not provide you with security. thanks opton
