it's a computer generated number, there are programs on the computer that will mask the real number they are calling from  with a fake number, they  are criminals trying to scam you and get your personal information.. they will say whatever they have to to get a reaction from you hoping that you will give them information..  telling them you are on the Do Not Call List and asking for a manager does not make sense..  they are not a real company they are people calling from a house/building/shack trying to perpetrate a crime against you hoping that you will give them personal information.. don't engage  them in conversation, just hang up..

I received a call from this number claiming to be a collection agency for a medical bill that I owed back from 2011.  They had my doctors name my address and my four digits of my social .  When I asked the name of the company they said Unisin Incorp. She was very convincing saying they would remove $100 of the payment  if I were to start payment as soon as possible .  She said she understood it was the holidays and that we can secure a payment plan with the price she offered me so that it wouldn’t mess up my credit report. She knew all the right things to say but I did not trust and told them I would not give my personal information to a stranger so I put the call on hold and went online and found no company with that name .  Then I hung up .  That 1-800-555-1212 called again twice after and left voice message without realizing and I could hear the talking in the background of other operators calling others doing the same thing . Beware of that number it is a scam.  I almost fell for it !!!
