800 555 1212 keeps calling my cell phone which they would cut it out

Recorded message (sounded like an imitation of a computer-generated voice) said I had won $100 off my next phone bill and told me to go to www.bellmobilityrewards.com to claim

I am receiving this unknown call for reason why, who this and what are the intentions.Please block it immediately.

Got numerous calls and listened to recording. Next times just hung up but calls continue.

Calls every night from 6pm to 9pm probably bout 6 or 7 times 3 times where hang ups, one time guy told me he was from a collection agency that i am over due on a payment and if not paid legal action was going to be made. I am only 14 years old. what debts do i have. How can one protect them selves if this [***] always happens.. I have changed my flippin number 4 times and still get these calls... where and when does all this stop.. where is ones protection from there service proivder... [***]

I received a call from this number yesterday with a recording stating that because I was a valued Bell Mobility customer they were going to take $100 off of my next statement, all I had to do was go to www.mybellsummerreward.com and log-in to my account....phishing scam.

yesterday, i silented my phone and forgot about it. I opened it around midnight and find 6 missed calls from this number! they called every half hour! glad I didn't pick them up~

Again today is a NEW DAY for these stupid [***] to call... from 8am to 4:13 64 calls recorded so far just today with the same message that i one 100 dollars... I called bell... They are aware of this error as they say... But this is the kicker... I am not a BELL user... I use rogers.. So knowing that bell is aware and told me that they are investigating the situation but have no results and cant help anyone.

But was informed that website that they ask you to visit... Is one of the websites that hacks all your personal information that may be stored in that computer... (Any online banking information, numbers, documents everything)

When i called they stated they have had over hundred bell users whos computer was hacked and crashed, and peoples identities were taken. And yet we sit here with hundreds and thousands of people being affected by this and no result in solution. What a world we live in. Where providers CARE LESS what happens to people and i asked how i can protect my house and cell.. I was told they dont have any software allowing one to block a number from calling.. that the ONLY solution is to change your NUMBER... THIS IS [***] [***].....

They called me 5 TIMES (once at 5:32am!!). It's a scam. If you try calling it back the machine says "your call cannot be completed as dialed".

Don't answer it.

Received a call on my cellphone from this number today. When I answered it,an automated message said I had been chosen to receive $100 off my next bill from Bell. It stated go to Bellpromotion.com to redeem it. Told me to go and log in to my account.. As my bills are less than half of that I knew it was obviously just a scam.

called 6 times in the past 2 hours, no message,caller ID showed 8005551212, I will find you

I received call every hour on the hour. I may call my server to block this number. 800-555-1212

Do we just not pick up whenever we get a call from this number? I get calls from strange numbers like this everyday and they just hang up immediately. What's the best way to handle these types of scams and protect ourselves?

They told me to to go mybell.com or .ca to claim $100
I got it at 9 p.m. EDT on Victoria Day night
If this is a Bell Canad marketing call then screw them

Responding to myself that this is obviously a scam.
I'm going to call to Bell and let them know, they have to do something about it.

I just set their personal ring tone to silent and never answered the first time. Only got the one call... I created a profile named ignore and just put any number like that into it.

Anytime I see a number like that I Google it before calling back. 99% of the time it's a spammer.

I got a similar call yesterday, automated voice telling me Bell had important info about my wireless service, and that i should call them at a number (which i dont remember) .

The call originated from 1800 667 0123
