just noticed a charge to my credit card for 12.00 from complete savings 800-826-1885   did not authorize this PLEASE BEWARE

Tried to get it reversed through complete savings, but want all of you personal info.  do not give this info out and file a fraudulent affidavit through your credit lender

Got the same charge mentioned above---it happened after a visit to Applebee's --somthing's funny because it is for the same amount as a charge from another business.  BeWARE!!

The same thing happened to me, does anyone know who these people are?

I called the number and the woman informed me that my wife had signed up for it when she ordered pizza from PizzaHut.com it's a trial program and she was happy to cancel it after she went through her sales pitch. Just call the 800-826-1885.

same as all above they will return the money after the cancellation is complete, but same as above who gave the right to do this????

I will be looking for someone to investigate this corrupt way of stealing that you call 'marketing'. When my debit card can be used because of some fine print in your gimmick thievery, you need to be stopped!

When I called to cancel, I was told my name wasn't valid and I was asked for more information. In other words, you SOMEHOW had my money and you were going to make it as difficult as possible to get it back AND sell more info to your thieving buddies if I gave it!

You are thieves! I'm changing my card number and contacting the state attorney general to push you out of business!

I'm also sure one of the investigative reporters will love to see why so many people are upset with your underhanded tactics.

800-826-1885, charge of 12.00 from Complete Savings. Membership to this service is usually accidental when placing order online from restaurant. I placed mine with Pizza Hut, but was not completely aware that I also was signing up for membership to Complete Savings. This was easily canceled once call was made to number above. Information given was only to verify person wishing to cancel. Just need to be extra careful when placing orders online as other services can be easily included with order.

It was Pizza Hut for me, too. Of course when I placed my order with them they conveniently forgot to mention this bogus $12 charge. And beware, if you don't "cancel" your membership with Complete Savings they will deduct $12 from your account every month.

This is just a warning for EVERYONE to start going through their checking accounts and every transaction that is on there. I just happened to notice the the $12 charge this month, but I didn't notice it last month, and who knows how long I would have been charged if I hadn't notice. Apparently I signed up for the membership while making an online purchase, which is complete nonsense. I called 800-826-1885 and had them cancel my membership and refund me the two months I was charged. COMPLETE SAVINGS is a complete sham!I will definitely be scrutinizing my account from now on.

I found a $12.00 credit card charge from the scammers at this number. I called to dispute and they told us that they got our credit card number from "Collections Magazine" We had placed an order with that publicarion

Being scammed same as above trying to get them on the phone and it's not easy. I've received two charges for 12.00 dollars one from "Complete Saving" and another from "Shopper Discount". These charger originate from an order placed through Buy.com.

I noticed a $12.00 charge on my bank account this month phone number 8008261885, i called the number got a recording telling me to press a number to cancel membership never authorized this company or person to charge my account, beware this is a scam something needs to be done,         i am contacting better business bureau beware out there

When I ordered from Womanwithin.com I began being charged $12 for membership fee. When you are offered a discount coupon and use it, in small print you are signing up for a membership which cost $12 per month. Click no thanks when offers for discount coupons appear when you order. Also, Pizzahut.com automatically sign you up for the same membership program when you use a coupon on their website. Do the same thing, say no thanks. This is fraud and suggest contacting the Attorney General's Office in your state to fight this. It is the same company with different phone numbers.

Same thing happened to me...I called...talked to a person by hitting the 0, got his name....and he said it would be canceled, I would be credited my $12 for this month and the previous two months where I hadn't noticed. I asked for a cancellation # and he gave me one...not sure if that was legit, but I have written it down. He told me I'd get an email with the number on it, so far, I've gotten nothing.Said my $$ would be credited back to my credit card within 5 to 7 days...we'll see, but these crooks need to be put in jail.

Just dial that 800 number, an operator will pick up pretty quickly. Just state that you want to cancel your membership and would like a refund. Make sure you have the zip code, and the email address you registered with. It was hassle free, now lets see if I get my refund. REMEMBER FOLKS, BE FIRM ABOUT THE REFUND. She tried to get me off the phone without even mentioning it.
