Thieves of the worst kind! If you call their customer service number and request they refund charges, you just fell for another of their scams. Getting your phone number to sell to other scam telemarketers and claiming federal no call doesn't protect you because you made the call. We have no idea how they got our credit card number. We never used any coupons and weren't on any insecure sites. We are requesting the credit card company reverse the charges since they are out and out fraud. Why hasn't the US attorney general stopped these crooks?

I just found today that I was charge $12.00 from a company called complete savings, and I did not authorize this. I called the 800# like I read through the comments and I requested to account be cancelled and my refund. Make sure that you let them know YOU WANT YOUR REFUND! and ask when it will post to your bank account. It took me several times of telling them that I wanted a refund, for them to get it. No suprise there. just dial 800# and press 0 and you'll be connected immediately!
Thanks for posting all these comments! That helped so much and made it very hassle free.

i called them and treated to file fraud papers if they did not refund me my full 36 dollars i got billed in the past 3 months and i also wrote youda games a nasty letter letting them know that parasite companies like this destroy their name and credibility when they give them our personal information wich we trust them to keep secure.

How these companies get away with this crap blows my mind i rather have the goverment investigating this disgusting act of thievery than investigating freaking steroids in MLB. DO YOUR JOBS YOU JERKS.

Ill post if i get my full refund in the next 3 days and i guess im done with buying anything online anymore since it seems way too many companies are sharing our personal information with scammers and thieves.

Noticed the $12 charge as others did. Called 800-826-1885, pressed 1 and 1, entered my credit card number (they need 16 digits only, not exp or security code), and got a polite, live operator. She asked for Last name and billing zip code. No hits. Then she said they're an internet company, and it may be listed by e-mail addr. I was reluctant to give this out as I noticed others mentioned they asked for lots of personal info. But I decided to give it to them, because hey, it's just an e-mail addr and we already get spam there anyway. That worked; she found the account. She was able to explain that we got signed up for it when my wife bought something at drugstore.com and apparently signed up for this thing without realizing it. The operator offered to cancel after giving her last-hurrah verbal pitch. I listened, then said thank you but we'd like to cancel. She canceled. No problems. No need to call the credit card company or talk about fraudulent charges. But my wife says she's never going to buy anything from drugstore.com again. The end.

Our company was charged $12 on 1/16/10.  I called Complete Savings at 800-826-1885 and was told there were $12 charges on 2/16/10 that would be cancelled.  When I explained I was looking at a $12 charge dated 1/16/10 on the statement, which arrived today, he then offered to refund THAT charge too.  No idea where they got our company charge info; when asked he said CellularOne.com.  When I explained we didn't have an account with CellularOne, he then said Outfitter.com.  I also called our credit card company (ccc) re this "subscription charge".  The ccc explained the "subscription charge" a purchase made at CellularOutfitter.com in Dec 2009.  Researching this, I found a purchase made by the President for an iPhone part made at CellularOutfitter.com; this website offered a $10 cash back incentive but...summarizing the 7 paragraphs of small print...it said the $10 would be sent by Complete Savings AND the $10 could be claimed only on the NEXT purchase made through CellularOutfitter.com.  What a scam.  NOTE: Per our ccc, Complete Savings has 30 days to issue the credit and we have just 60 days to dispute if it doesn't come through - keep up on those statements!

    Total SCAM!

The woman told I signed up for two THAT IS TWO different programs at $12.00 per month EACH!

Pizza Hut is in on the scam. Pizaa Hut gets paid for letting these rats lurk on their website.

I was told that I had a chance to opt out at the end of my purchase from Pizza Hut. All I had to do was click the No Thanks radio button at the bottom of the screen. Tell me who would click No Thanks after ordering pizza and wings from what they thought to be a reputable company.

I will never buy from Pizza Hut again. NEVER.

I have not been to Walmart since September 17, 2005.

I have not been to Radio Shack in over 12 years.

I can live without Pizza Hut just as well.

Do Not forget to check for the same charges from a rat shop called Shopper Discounts. Same company, same scheme. I was looking through my card record while I was yelling at the little twitch from Complete Savings and she confirmed it is the same outfit and she told me she would refund all charges from both companies.

Where is the truth in anything when thieves operate from behind companies I used to trust? When does it stop? How does it stop?

I called Pizza Hut the guy, from India, who answered the phone told me he is aware of a company called "Shopper Discounts". He told me a person from Pizza Hut would be calling me next week to discuss this company and put my doubts to rest.

Is this for real? Pizza Hut helps a company steal from me, from all of us, and they are going to call me to put my doubts to rest!

All I can say is "GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!"

I found this same charge on my credit card, and called the number.  Turns out we were signed up for this through gamestop.com when we purchased an item.  The customer rep was polite and agreed to cancel the account.  I had to push for the refund, first she stated they would cancel the account.  Then she said they would refund the current months 12.00 fee if I agreed I wouldn't use the service this month (what service, I still am not even sure what service I supposedly signed up for).  I had push again to get her to agree to refund the 12.00 from the previous month also, but they did say the entire amount would be refunded in 3-5 business days.
I would not go through the automated system, all it does is let you cancel the account, not get a refund, hit 0 to get an actual human and tell them you want a full refund.

There is a better way. Contact Pizza Hut and complain. Then do no further business with Pizza Hut and infrom your friends to do the same/

This is from "Complete Savings". You automatically sign up for a $12 a month "servie contract" when you buy something from "tigerdirect.com" and request the $20 off coupon from your next purchase. Cll the number and order them to cancel. They started toi give me the run-around, when i threatened to call my representative and senator. After that i was almost instantly canceleed. Also, take the initiative to have your bank cancel your card and issue a new card with a new number. "Complete savings" is the probably the type of company that will start billing you again in 5 or 6 months.
