I call 800-826-1885 and spoke to an agent. Do not press the option when it asks if “you know your credit card”. Just speak to an agent. They cancel my membership which I didn't know how I got subscribe in the first place. Apparently I subscribe thru ordering a pizza thru pizzahut.com. Beware of this scam when ordering from pizzahut.com

I too was charged by Complete Savings.  I'm unaware at this time from which .com I did a survery from or which restaurant I ordered from, but I was hit.  Unfortunately, my husban does this account and didn't realize that I hadn't ordered somethin, so now we have from June 09 until June 10 tomorrow.
Oh, well...I just learned a good lesson and I want everyone to remember "too good to be true."

This is a scam! I am so glad I saw this page when I googled the number my bank gave me!
This is... complete savings.. some dumb ad about coupons that appears when you order pizza from F*ckin Pizza Hut!
Call the number& tell them you want your money back and cancel the membership with them! You hit yes on an add & the Pizza Hut website gives them your card info!! WTF Pizza Hut! I now hate you more than ever!

I got the same charges to my account. Upon calling the bank, they informed me that I was charged for the past 6 months! I didn't even realize that!! Call the number, 800 826 1885, cancel, and demand credit. She told me I enrolled by using a $10 rebate online coupon while ordering Pizza Hut online. I may have used that coupon, but was never informed about being charged for complete savings fraud. Lets see, saving $10 on pizza while paying $12 a month on to a bogus company. She said she'll refund 4 months of charges back. As far as the 2 months charges, I have to fill out a form and mail it out. We'ss see how this turns up and I reply back on how this turns out.

COMPLETE SAVINGS  has been charging me $12.00 for several months.   I did all the online work VISA wanted for a dispute since I did not authorized this charge.   Then when  I called , COMPLETE  wanted information including my credit card number which I would not  give.  I called VISA and their rep set up a conference call with COMPLETE , VISA , and me, and they immediately cancelled with no questions ask. Said my info came through a Ticketmaster charge.   I changed my credit card number to be safe and it is flagged to eliminate COMPLETE.   Took over an hour.

I just checked my bank statement for the past 18 months...Complete SAVINGS every single month on the same day.  My "SAVINGS" have reached - $216.  

I have never heard of these people.  If i didn't just notice a $12.00 purchase go through on my online banking...I never would have noticed.  F-IN SCAM.

I believe it all started with my order from DrugsStore.com and right after that I noticed this amount of $12.00 being deducted from my credit card. I emailed them regarding their scamming tactics and demanded a refund (wish me luck) the bank will issue a new card, refund some of the money back.
My $12.00 charge goes back from December 2009 and never took notice till now.

I ordered from Vista Print and got this charge.

The caller from 800-826-1885 has scammed us.  They claim we ordered ROADSIDE ASSIST when we used FTD to order flowers.  We have been hoodwinked.  STAY AWAY!  Does anyone have Address for these [***]?  
           Their bill shows on our bank statement every month.

If you can help CRAM these SCAMMERS, please advise me.  My Cell is 781 492 4023.

Received a debit of 12 dollar from my checking account from this number 800-8261885 that i did not authorized

I did not authorize any withdrawals from my checking account to this so-called merchant, Complete Savings. They somehow got my information and are now ILLEGALLY taking money out of my checking account! I want this taken care of ASAP, and this company put where it belongs....out of business!!!!

Yeap, i just got US$12 charge on my card !. I bought a camrecoder from CircuitCity.... they asked to claim US$10 or so ... for next pruchase. I did not wanted the so called rebate..... BUT how could my credit card be used !!! - It was only meant for the purchase from Curcuitcity ....who gave out my card nos ??? It must be Circuitcity.... worst I never received my camrecoder in the time promised and I had to cancel the purchase ... and they had a cheek to build me for courier.... in the end I lost at least US$20 or so.... just do not be conned by anyone.... better cancel my card right away.

Just noticed a similar monthly charge of 12.00 on my visa card. Complete Savings. They didn't actually call me, I just noticed the charges on my credit card. Somehow I got signed up for this service when I made an online purchase through FTD - flowers. I had no idea I was subscribing to anything. I never join these services. Boy I do feel "serviced" too. Cancellation was easy online, and supposedly I had 600 points on my acct - which translates to a 25$ gift card for a choice of establishments. I'll believe it when I see it. Very questionable group.

Yeah, they do it subtly, you get screwed and don't even get kissed! I, like YVA didn't notice this charge (stemming from Nov 2009) until recently. To be sure I canceled ... to be sure also I'll never get my $150+ refunded. As others have said, there ought to be a law. My slip-up came during an order with Cheaper Than Dirt. I have written them (yet to be responded to) to ask them to stop this scam. Good luck on that one ...

I check my bank stated everyday and today I found a charge for 12.00 from Complete Savings 1800-826-1885. I called spoke with someone who stated that I registered for a complete savings. I was so irritated that I did not want to listed to this person nonsense. I asked fro the refund of my money and my name to be removed from their freaking list.   This is ridiculous !!!!! Check your bank statement!!!!

This is such a scam!  I just noticed this charge on my debit card for $12 from Complete Savings 1-800-826-1885 and they have been charging me for 18 months.  They say the authorization came from a eyeslipface website, which I had never authorized.  They must be familiar with people canceling and complaining because they said they are going to refund all charges after I fill out their cancelation form.  Let's see if this really happens.  SCAM!!!!!!

I got charged from this number, I totaly don't where it come from, why I have their bill. I will call my bank to cancel it and get refund.

I checked out my online bank statement and noticed a 12.00 charge that I did not authorize. I have not ordered any pizza from pizza hut or any other resturant and I have no idea how they got my number.  I went right into my bank and had them give me a new debit card, I cut up my old card. When I called the 1-800 number I was asked to enter my old debit card number to cancel and of course I don't know it, it's in shreds! I'm calling monday.  I'm also going to write to BBB. This is an outrage! I'm disgusted!.

I found out they had been charging me for the last 4 months, and I called and asked for a refund.  I called on Monday and today (Friday) I just saw that they did actually refund all my money!  They also emailed me to let me know they cancelled my membership.  Just wanted to let everyone know that they are still doing their shady business, but at least they do give your money back

they are a company name complete savings. They charge me $12 per month for 6 damn months. I didn't notice as that is my bank account and i dont visit that much. Give them a call and they refund 4 months charge and send a form which may lead to a full refund. Call them and cancel the membership and ask for the refund. It should do.
