- blueSpiderOrdering through Pizzahut website in Feb 2009, complete savings got me. I complained to Pizzahut in feedback. I am going to dispute the transaction if they dont refund. This is cheating and complete fraud. why dont somebody come up with an idea to shut this company down, we all can explain what happened to us. It is shameful to allow these kinds of fraud by the well known companies' websites.
Again I will never transact through PIZZA HUT website. - KeeshThis is absolutely a SCAM. I ordered Pizza from Pizza Hut.com. Upon completion of my order, a box asked me to take a survey regarding the online experience and receive discounts as well as $10.00 off my next order. Upon entering the screen, a series of questions (not your typical survey) appeared. I (X'd) out. A few more pop up's appeared, which I never completed, yet I was charged $12.00.
I called 800 826 1885 and spoke with "Devan" who explained the service to me and how I gave them suthorization to bill the card, emails were sent etc etc. I told him he was a liar, this was a scam and I wanted this cancelled and wanted a full refund. I am awaiting to confirm the $$ is returned. WOW!! This has changed my outlook on buying online - tuttie| 1 replyjust received a charge of 12.00 from complete savings 0n 4/27/09. Does anybody know who these people are and who and why do they charge our account? Beware!!!!!
- Tracy| 1 replyThis was from ftd.com for me. I didn't notice it for two months! It was easy to cancel and find out where it was from and when it happened. Just call them at 800-826-1885
- SusanI just looked at my online bank account and noticed this same charge. I DID NOT sign up for this. So I started checking and found this. I am going to report them to the authorities and the local media and let them know what Pizza Hut is doing.
This is wrong on so many levels! NONE of us knowingly did this and this is fraud in my opinion! - SharonCalled to cancel; had to remind them twice to refund my account.
They gave me a reference numbe and said they would cancel this a refund me.
Well have to wait and see. - BrianI got billed the same amount, same name. Found it was from applying to drugstore.com
- LorieBEWARE!!! Complete Savings - $12 monthly charge to my credit card. Didn't catch it for 3 months. Started when I ordered from FTD. Rep told me she would credit me for all 3 months. I told her I was contacting my state attorney general and asked for Complete Savings corporate address. Tried to divert my request numerous times. Finally put me on hold for an eternity and came back on the line w/this address: 101 Merritt 7th floor Norwalk CT 06851. Don't know if this is a valid address but thought I'd pass it on.

- MarySame thing happened to me through an order with DrugStore.com. They told me I would be credited 2 months worth of charges and stop my membership. I'm still going to call my credit card company. I AM FURIOUS. I asked them how I joined because I'm Internet savy and don't sign up for any trial memberships. They said I clicked on a page that was to redeem a $10.00 coupon after completing my order with drugstore.com and that meant I agreed to joing complete savings for $12.00 a month. This is a SCAM. I don't receive any emails from them telling me what I get for my $12.00 a month.
SCAM!! - MaryAnother thought. Somehow Drugstore.com must be tied to the company Complete Savings in order for them to get your info. I have emailed privacy.drugstore.com to let them know that I will no longer order from their site.
I think we should boycott the sites (specifically for me DRUGSTORE.COM) that somehow gave our info to Complete Savings in order to get subscribed to their SCAM. It's a shame because I loved the convenience of ordering online from Drugstore.com but they are part of the SCAM too. - EricWe couldn't remember our $12 charge either. Turns out it came from a flower order on FTD.com. We clicked something referring to saving $20 on the next flower order and other future discounts, then got hung and never did see any details, so escaped out. When I called Complete Savings, Robert was very professional throughout the call. He is the one who reminded us about FTD.com. I asked our card be credited, he immediately agreed to do. After hearing his pitch and his generosity of keeping access to their customer web site for 10 more days, I then re-verified our previous charge would also be credited, he said he would do this also. Turns out his generosity wasn't free, he was just letting the first month run out, not having to credit the original $12. But he was professional about this also, so he was probably following policy.
BE SURE to verify you are being credited for charges going forward AS WELL AS the original charge. - PamI had an amount of $12.00 taken from my checking account. Apparently when I ordered from Pet care RX ,under the terms and conditions, I signed up for this service. I will be contacting Pet care RX!!!
BEWARE: ALWAYS READ YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS NO MATTER HOW LONG IT IS!!!!!!!- Caller: Complete Savings
- DI was hit with a charge of $12.00 for a membership I didn't accept. All because I ordered a PizzaHut pizza online and read some promotional crap afterwards. If you order pizza, shoes or anything and they offer a $10.00 free, beware, because you will be accepting sometype of membership with these people.
- chrisIt is a web-site that takes information from PIZZA-HUT.
If you ordered in Pizza-hut over the inter-net and payed with your chedit card, they got you. Call the credit card company and also call the 800 number and demad your money back. They say they will put the money back in three to four days. I will return and let you all know how it went.
They only have your e-mail address and your credit card number, not even your name. give your e-mail adderss and they know your account number. do not give them any otherinfo about you. - Jeaniecalled them and cancelled the "membership". It was taken off our TigerDirect.com order. That's really dumb!
Though they were nice in cancelling at my request. So I guess we are out the money. - SimonI also got caught by this Complete Savings outfit who apparently is leaching off of Pizza Hut Online (amongst others) to obtain our unwitting cooperation to join at a cost of $12/ month! http://www.completesavingscs.com/ BEWARE!
- John in CAFor us it was through an FTD order for flowers for Mother's Day. Simple to reverse, but completely unnecessary and deceptive practice. It was a Join Club to get $20 discount on future orders. No obvious mention was made of a monthly charge anywhere. Since FTD already had the card info from the purchase, it was not necessary to re-enter it and thus easy for my wife to not realize she was purchasing something when all she thought she was doing was getting a coupon for a future purchase. VERY DECEPTIVE! We will see if they cancel the membership and reverse the charge.
- wrathMany, many, many complaints about this company. You didn’t tell the company you ordered from that it was ok to give your credit card info to anyone to let them use, and you didn’t give it directly to ‘complete savings’. You had no way of knowing that there was a third party company who had now aquired your account info. Call this company and demand your money back. Also call your bank and ask to speak to the ‘claims’ department. Then file a report with the BBB. It seems that the company is using, in addition to other methods, the tactic of being quick to refund money to everyone who complains. I am guessing that their thinking in this is that if they do this, then people will be a little pissed off, but they will have their money back, and they won’t do anything. Meanwhile all the people who don’t notice the relatively small charge, or who don’t think to fight for a refund, have handed these scammers some free money. Working in the numbers they do, tacking their scam onto so many sales from so many companies, they probably sneak through thousands of scam charges on people for every one that is caught, so in the long run the numbers work out for them. Their defense to the BBB seems to simply be to say that they send emails to people, and the BBB is probably just unsure enough of how this works out legally, as confusing as the workings of the interenet can be, for it to go on.
- screw you pizza hutthey refunded quite quickly, however this is a pain in the rear end to deal with, pizza hut lost a customer
