I have reported this to my Chase Bank and they are not going to take action against this fraud.  How dare you violate me or any of these other unsuspecting innocent people.  I hope prosecution prevails and that when you do this again, your sentence is much much worse.  You are terrorists and unwelcome on our planet.

I ordered concert tickets through Live Nation for the Verizon Amphetheater in Noblesville.I NEVER would have ok'd something like this.I havent been to the bank, and recieved a letter saying that I had overwithdrawn.I looked and it said $12.00 was deducted from a place called Complete Savings.I havent bought concert tickets since may because I have been laid off,so Im guessing that they have been taking money out since May.

I have no idea what this place even is,and would never click ok for someone to take $12 out of my account.I had to talk to my bank about it,and they required me to file a police report. The people at Complete Savings told the Police that I ok'd this when ordering tickets at Live Nation, and said they will keep charging me until I cancel. Now Im having a hell of a time cancelling this.I dont want to give them my credit card info, and dont have any sort of account number that I know of.

    Happy Friday To All:
I’ve experienced the same dilemma as the rest of you.  However, I called the 1(800) number and the rep picked up fairly quickly.  I informed her that I did not authorize membership into a program for a charge of $12.00, and was unaware of the company (some savings/coupon program?) prior to her informing me of what it actually was.  I canceled the membership (that I wasn’t aware that I’d signed up for in the first place); you also have to verbally tell them to remove the $12.00 chrg- cause if you don’t, they won’t!
She informed me that she’d send me an e-mail confirmation, and that my acct will be credited for the $12.00 in 2-3 business days (let’s see if this happens)!
I’ll keep you all posted.  I hope they credit my acct, and make this a smooth/easy process.  I really do not want to get the BBB involved.  It’s not just the $12 charge, it’s the principal of the matter!  Times are hard, and they just can’t go forcing people to accept a membership.  When I look at all of these comments…that’s a lot of 12 dollars, so when you put us all together this company is making out pretty good (on unauthorized transactions)!
PS  I will never order tickets or pizza on line again!  

Hey - here is what I have found out - Basicaly this is a 'Entertainment' book except online - do I like the fact that they took my money and had it for however many days? - NO - but what I don't like is that they presented a 20.00 off coupon for my next purchace at Ticketmaster and that is what signs you up - I'm going to try purchacing online again and see what happens as far as if they actually say you are signing up for the service - I don't think it is worth 120.00 a year but we will see.

I'm with you guys, i went online with pizza hut ONLY to order a pizza, not get scammed....I personally don't even remember seeing a damn coupon as i NEVER use coupons, don't believe in them, so how could i have agreed to anything with them. I didn't know i was being debited till i got my bank statement and had to research online who they were, a company called "complete savings"....No wonder i never received anything from them by email or mail....They already have your banking and credit card info courtesy of pizza hut online for giving our info out to a third party company. NEVER will i order online again, NEVER...I did cancel this and looked them up on the BBB, and they are not listed as a legitimate business, in fact the complaints are in the thousands...I filed one myself and i want to go after pizza hut as well for giving my info out without my knowledge a third party company was receiving it.

To previous comment (TOM), thanks for clearing up what this company is offering.  You are correct, an entertainment book that offers money off TicketMaster (or other vendors) is great for those who actual can get the best use out of the coupons.  I use to purchase those entertainment books every year, but I found that over half the coupons were to places that I did not have access to (not in my town), or you had to purchase x amt of something to receive the discount.  So for me it was a waste of my money, so I don't buy them any more.

But what I really came back to inform all is that the company did keep its word...the money was credited (quite promply) back to my account!

    Be Well!:->

I wrote a comment above when i didn't realize i was being drafted x 6 transactions of $12 from "complete savings". I filed an online complaint with the BBB and within 4 days all six transactions were reversed and deposited back into my bank account. So even though i was angry this was authorized without my knowledge, they did refund every dollar of my money. So my suggestion is to file with the BBB, it worked for me and i really didn't think they would refund my money.

this is another in a long line of "secret" add on's these sob's use to steal from the unsuspecting consumer. noticed a company called saving grace-19.995 per month,6 months worth. I contacted this cum outfit and used very strong legal words to get my point across. lesson, read every on line offer, if ordering in person question each one of these [***].as i find out more on these companies who draw us in i will not be a customer no more.

    Mackenzie,
call them first and tell them you want a full refund or your going to report them. If they don't, file a report with the BBB online. Heres the company address of Complete Savings.
    Webloyalty.com, Inc.
    101 Merritt 7 Ste 4
    Norwalk, CT 06851-1060

I got every dollar of my money back within 4 days after filing and they charged me 12 times. Probably the fastest refund i think i've ever gotten.

Interesting when i checked my mail yesterday. I wrote a complaint to pizzahut online about how deceptive "complete savings" was on their webite and how upset i was at them for allowing this. I received a $20 gift card from pizza hut with an apology. I was happy they at least acknowledged my complaint.

This happened to me after using the internet to order from JC Whitney. The deal was, click for a coupon for $20 off. It was not clear that it was for a future purchase untill you printed the thing off. We DID NOT want, order, or ask for any service. Apparently, just entering the info on where they should mail your coupon is saying you're accepting their "service". From now on, I will never click on a coupon or rebate offer while ordering on line. I contacted Complete Savings and cancelled what I never wanted, also called my credit card company and will lodge a complaint if another charge shows up. JC Whitney said it was clearly stated on the website that you would be ordering a service....NOT. Buyer beware.
