- Another victimNo call came from them--I called the # that was on my Discover card with a $12 charge for CompleteSavings.com. Same story as all others above, but mine was connected to AmericanMotorParts.com when grandson ordered a car part. Rep assured me that emails were sent, etc., but none ever came. I told her I wasn't "done with" her yet--I wanted to check on line--and look what I found--too many victims of this fraud. I fully agree with an above entry that we all must complain to whomever we can and get these crooks out of business. $12 on an individual basis isn't much, but multiply it by all the folks who might not check their statements, and --Wow!
- silmarie torresI noticed a $12.00 charge on my bank account this month phone number 8008261885, i called the number got a recording telling me to press a number to cancel membership never authorized this company or person to charge my account, beware this is a scam something needs to be done
- JobethI picked up this membership through an order for software through Broderbund.com. They offer $10 coupon for your next order, then when you put your email address in for the coupon, they automatically get your credit card info from the 3rd party...in this case Broderbund Software. I had my credit card company charge it back to them, then called and cancelled as well. These companies have to be careful about too many chargebacks on credit cards, so call your card company. Sting them back!
- B.V. ReedDrugstore.com will trick you into clicking on a "free" $10 coupon, which is in itself unusable. Months later, you will notice that $12 a month has been billed to your credit card account. Complete Savings is the scammer, in cahoots with Drugstore.com. Call the 800 number to cancel, and demand a refund for all the months they bilked you. Boycott drugstore.com
- MarkFYI www.justflowers.com did the same crap to me and my wife. No business from me anymore and the customer service rep claimed I clicked an advertisement or link before I checked out.
- GaryI ordered an item from an ebay store and afterward, I received an email offering a coupon to save $10.00 on a future purchase. I took them up on the offer. Now a month later I find a $12.00 charge on the credit card I used for buying the item on ebay. I am, of course disputing the charge but perhaps just as important, we must notify ebay and the merchant on ebay who apparently took part in this shady deal.
- ThaliI'm a victim more, the same thing happened to me, $12.00 charge on my bank account this month phone number 8008261885
- chengI was able to confirm that it is TigerDirect.com that direct me unoticably to this scammer. I just cannot believe that, TigerDirect, such a famous merchant, would sell the customers' info to a third-party scammer! I'll warn TigerDirect as well as complete savings about this, call the state attorney general and kick them off from business! Unit! Guys! I must do something now!

- HoustonPreviously ordered pizza online with my debit card. Daughter placed an order and paid cash (didn't have my card info). My card was charged by Complete Savings from the daughter's order. I checked and do not have a care number associated with this account. So Pizza Hut is not only providing them with card numbers but somehow retaining card info from previous orders!
Disputed with my bank and the next day received an email they would cancel and refund. Found this site by googling telephone on email.- Caller: Complete Savings
- JCPizzaHut online order.
- MarkI got this same thing. It caused an overdraft in my account. Will they refund that too?
- HYBeware of Etix.com... this scam is subtly hidden on their site as well.
- joshfrom information i've gathered and actions i've proformed here are some hints on what to do from noted i took down on a notepad from many complaints about complete savings.
-file a fraudulent affidavit through your credit lender or card holder
-contacting better business bureau
-contact Attorney General's Office in your state- Caller: complete saving
- Jeffrey Burris SrI was charged a $12.00 cardmember services fee from this phone number. I didn't authorise this on my phone or by email. Please investigate.
- AngryThey told me I signed up for these savings through a Facebook game called Campus Foods? I told her I didn't. How stupid is that. I don't even eat out that much. Yeah I played the game because the game is free. But as for some 12.00 charge so I can get coupons for fast food to engorge myself, nah. I think not. Good luck homies. And yeah, watch your account...closely. American businesses are reaching a new low. :(

- TravleeMy husband ordered pizza online from Pizza Hut and next credit card statement there is a charge from Complete Savings. My husband and I are both very savvy online and normally catch this kind of garbage and nip it in the bud but we missed this. Called Complete Savings and had to listen to this long and aggravating spiel about how great their program was before I could choose to speak to a customer service agent. Finally got a CSR who had no doubt dealt with this situation MANY times before. CSR was polite but patronizing and her "I know you are frustrated" just served to tick me off even more and I told her so. Was told "this has nothing to do with Pizza Hut" when I told her I intended to complain to them. CSR was quick to cancel my subscription but only agreed to deduct the current charge on my bill after I firmly insisted that she do so or I would start filing complaints against their company.
This tactic may not be illegal but it sure borders on it! No matter what the CSR says I intend to contact Pizza Hut and let them know what happened and that I will no longer be using their online feature to order until this little scam is shut down. Whether it is Pizza Hut, a sponsor of their website or their Web designer who is doing this...surely Pizza Hut has a way to say "no thanks" to this company and their sneaky little "sales" tactic.- Caller: Complete Savings

- michael| 1 replyfolks read before you click.
whats happens to most people is they try the free month to get a check back from their purchase.
and then they forget to cancel the membership before the free 30 days is up and then they get charged $12 a month, the stated monthly fee.
stop acting like it's a scam, you are the one who didn't read the fine print! - marshaI called my credit card company, complaining about a $12.00 charge. They were very helpful and it was either Webroot or an Antivirus that I purchased over the internet. You have to look out for the small print. It was a coupon savings that everyone wants. I thought it would be a coupon but it turned out to be a $12.00 charge every month. Beware!!!
