- langI just got off the phone with a woman named Gladys. She informed me that when you place an online order for Pizza Hut there is a box at the bottom that says "check here for $10.00 dollars off your next order. BOGUS! It's a subscription for this company, Complete Savings to deduct from your account every month until you catch on and call them to cancel the subscription. She said that it will be cancelled immediatly and you will recieve the notice via the e-mail address that you supplied when you placed the order for Pizza Hut. Be waiting for this e-mail. Good Luck.

- GinaThis company is a scam, and they know it. I called and demanded a refund, they didn't fight it, but we will see if I do get it. They gave me a confirmation number. The guy, "Hollis", refused to give me his last name. How convenient.
I, too, ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut.com and somehow got signed up for "savings." Savings you pay 12/month for. - Sasha PerezI was charged on my account for $12.00 from Complete Savings and I have no idea where or who this is.

- Peggy RoweA $12 charge was put on my company credit card because I clicked on the button that offers a $10 rebate when I ordered a cell phone battery from Wireless Emporium. I'm getting this refunded. Needless to say, I will never order anything from this company again.
- caoI just found that I have been charged twice $12 in my credit card from complete savings (telephone number 1-800-8261885). I strongly require to quit the service which I have never ordered and return my money $24.
It is a fraud! - ashliI just recently noticed the charge and have been charged for the past two months for this service. I highlighted the transaction desription and searched through google and found this. So thanks for all the previous posts. It happened to me when I purchased concert tickets through ticketmaster.com. I called my bank first to dispute the charges and then immeadiately called the company to cancel the 'subscription'.
- BrendonI called the company and the lady that answered was extremely nice and quick to refund my 7mos of withdrawls. The only thing that scares me, was that when I asked her what her company has done for me over the last 7mos she would never give me a straight answer. I am fine paying someone who completes a service for me, but if you are not providing me with a service then why am I paying you? Can you answer that question Mary? What does your company provide to people that is woorth $12.00 a month?
- PattyThey'll charge you if you buy tickets through LIVE NATION. be careful. but you can call and they'll give it back to you.
- yvonneI was so confused when I saw a charge from Complete Savings on my credit card. Here's what's up.
COMPLETE SAVINGS is a subscription service offering discounts and coupons. They are affiliated with 150+ web-sites and automatically enroll you as a member when you sign up to use certain web-sites (e.g. Pizza Hut) or sign up for coupons, discounts or other offers. Once you're signed up, they charge your card $12 every month, showing up as "COMPLETE SAVINGS" on your bill.
To cancel your membership or request a refund, call 800-826-1885. Their hours are Mon-Fri (8am - 11pm EST), Sat (9am - 6pm EST), Sun (9am - 5pm EST).
I cancelled my subscription via the automated system, and then spoke to a representative and requested a refund. I was immediately given a refund as a "courtesy" and received emails confirming both my cancellation and my refund.- Caller: Complete Savings
- Johnsame experience as most. When I called I was told that it became active with an order to Ticketmaster! As if Ticketmaster isn't a rip-off enough ! Beware
- ConnieJust dail the number and hit #0, they are very nice about it. I received the confirmation email within 5 minutes of the phone call.

- JaredThey said I "joined" their membership when I bought antivirus softwared online from the PC- Cillin, Trend -Mirco website. There was an offer for a $10 REBATE when you buy the software, but by accepting that you get screwwed. Because they then charged me 12$ on my card and signed me up for some bogus membership. Nowhere did I see anything mentioning this!!! Can't beleive a ANTIVIRUS manufacturer's website promotes this [***]!!! I will never but TREND MICRO antivirus PC-cillin software again!!!!
- JimYa this is pretty ridiculous, they said in october when i ordered pizza hut online i signed up for this, no where in my email did i even get information on it. They did process the cancelation and the refund so we'll find out in 3-5 days if I got the $24 back for october and november charges. I don't even remember getting a $10 rebate or whatever they say it was.
- r cson unos malandros deberian estar presos a mi paso lo mismo cargos en mi tarjeta por 12 dolares
- Mrs. BoweBe careful!!! My information was snagged after i shopped online at Gamestop.com I called the number and they canceled it and refunded my 12.00.
- craig smithI don't know how I got signed up for this scam but its ridiculous. Just noticed that they have been charging me for the past 6 months. I was pretty threatening to the operator about getting my refund and canceling my so called "membership". I was told that i would be receiving an email confirming my cancellation and a complete refund to my account within the next 3-5 days. YEAH we will see if that happens! [***]!
- Carol DI'm really glad I checked this out...also found my husband was being charged -- from buying a pizza online from Pizza Hut. He called the number and spoke to a customer rep who indicated the "membership" would be cancelled and the 2 months' worth of charges would be credited -- hopefully the rep's word is good. Also, in the meantime, I did 2 things: (1) disputed the charges with the credit card company and (2) contacted Pizza Hut telling them how sneaky and underhanded I think they are by operating in this way. I just can't believe their lack of integrity! If it's such a good deal, why do they have to sneak it by the customer? We will not order from Pizza Hut (online or not) again. I'm also going to try to identify the other "150+ companies" who are in cahootz with Complete Savings and do my level best not to give them my business either.
- BrianI had the same problem. Supposedly, ticketmaster is where I signed up. I never sign up for something online that I am going to get charged for. I know this is a complete scam and everyone needs to report them to the BBB. I called the company asking why I am being charged after I contacted someone canceling the membership. The incompetent workers there could not explain this and told me I was issued a refund, the same day I got charged....yet on my bank account only the charge comes up that day and nothing else, how convenient of them. This company is running a big scam and need to be shut down now.
- SandeepI was also cheated on pizzahut.com
- DaleIt is a scam from Pizza Hut. They are part of "Yum" brands... I used to spend tons of money with Yum brands because I'm on the road for work quite often.
NEVER AGAIN! If they need money so bad they are willing to add charges to my credit card hoping I will not notice it they are wrong! I will take my bizz elsewhere..
Screw Pizza Hut and "Yum" brands!
