Just realized two recurring charges of $12 from "Complete Savings"; called credit card company and filed a complaint with the fraud investigation unit. Was told this was a 'phone' authorization, so beware, it's not limited to online purchases!!!!

ETix.com was the place that enrolled me.   I will never use their services again.

I just got off the phone with them. I noticed a charge this month for 12.00 from complete savings and I remember seeing one last month so when I did a search on my account I had four of these charges!!! I called them and they said when I had placed an order through pizza hut I signed up and they got my checking account info from the order. I was furious!! But I spoke to a lady named Anita and she credited back all charges so just give them a call 800-826-1885. I think I am going to call pizza hut because its bs that they give out account info!!!

I called this # and found out J C Witney and found this was about a savings discount I was supposed to have applied for. I never authorized this. I called them and they cancelled my "membership" and are supposed to credit my account. I will never buy anything else form JC Witney. I am also calling the BBB.

What a scam and for Pizza Hut to have this somehow on their website is terrible. I noticed the charge last month on my statement but didn't think much of it as my husband has a bad habit of forgetting to write purchases in the checkbook. It showed up again on this month's statement so I looked more into it and found info on this site that this had happened to many others. I called the 800# back...hit zero for the operator and she agreed to cancel the subscription. She gave me a friendly reminder to read the fine print.....thievery in my opinion....thought I was ordering a pizza! I had to ask her twice about the refund and then she said September's $12.00 would be refunded. I firmly reminded her that a charge had been made that I was not agreeable with in August as well and she said that will be credited too.  Beware! Lesson learned for me fir sure but it's a shame the lengths people will go to in order to trick you and steal money.

I am SO glad I saw this link in "Google"! LOL I just got my bank statement yestrday and couldn't find a matching receipt for this $12.00...After reading this series of complaints, I called the number. I could not hear her well, but she did say something about I had signed up and given them she had the last four digits of my CC number..well, I do NOT pay for any service on the Internet, and I did not give them any number...they got it elsewhere.
Bottom line, they will credit my account. I DID order a pizza a month ago, so it all adds up now.

I was getting charged the $12 a month and found out this was happening from something that was going on with pizzahut.com. I called and the phone was answered immediately. Without any hesitation, when I asked that this be cancelled, it was run through the system so that I would not be charged again.

Yes i have noticed too that they are deducting 12.00 dollars every month from last several months and i dont know who they are and i want to get rid of that now i dont have any contact info. does anybody now what to do?

Received a $12 dollar charge from this phone number. I have know idea where it came from. The only thing I use the card for is for paypal.

I apparently signed up for this after buying tickets through ticketmaster. I guess they COUNT on people not reading the fine print.
But the woman gave me back my money without a problem but i had to specifically ASK for it to be refunded. I wonder how much this "company" is making off people who don't regularly look at their bank statements....scarey!!!

Received a charge on my debit card after a pizzahut order. Looks like this is a pattern and have called both pizzahut and complete savings to register my complaint. This is a shady way of doing business. If you can, have a male call to cancel. I know how that sounds, but when my wife called, they gave her the run-around and refused to refund the original 12.00. I called and there was not an issue. Make sure to get the first and last name of the operator and register a complaint with the local Better Business Bureau on Pizzahut and Complete savings. I called the corporate offices and also registered an official complaint. Call you bank and let them know of the charge as well. They say a refund will take place in 3-5 business days so watch you account. Disallow all future charges concerning complete savings and watch your account balances daily for the next 2 weeks....
Warning: Their automated system asks for your full card number...find an operator and you can avoid this completely. They only will ask for a email address and no other personal information.

I purchased something from Drugstore.com a month ago - was completely dissatisfied with them.   I see above that someone got this $12.00 charge after using them and I guess they did this to me too.   I rarely buy over the internet and this will discourage me more.

I called to ask about the $12.00 charge.  I was told that my husband supposedly ordered this service when he ordered concert tickets on line.  I requested it be canceled, and was told they'd send a confirmation of the cancellation.  I haven't checked my email yet to verify.

Had the same thing happen, but through visiondirect.com. Didn't really catch it for 3 months, called and cancelled. They said they'd refund and cancel, we'll see.

Notice a pending charge on my debit/checkng account from 800-826-1885. Never authorize this, and bank will not do anything until the transaction is completed.

I too received a charge and told my bank to cancel it until it gets resolved and also told them to refuse any future charges from the Comapny. I also sent an email, referencing thbis 'Board and I guess we'll see what happens. I think it happened when using Pizza Hut Order on Line. Pizza Hut is responsible for what they sponsor I would think.

This number and another affiliated with this were on my cc statement also. If you made a purchase on line for products this is a sneaky way the place you submitted your order makes more kickback money. Again the consumer pays the price in these trying times I find this evil and disgusting. However you can call these folks and they will credit you the membership fees that you did not KNOWINGLY authorize.

I contacted "Complete Savings" via email and they responded within minutes. The money is to be credited to my account and any account with my name has been canceled. Either these people are doing something really shady and don't want to be caught, hence the quick and easy reversal. Or they need serious help in their accounts receivable department.

Can't trust anyone these days.
