What concerns me is that Chase Mortgage has obviously NOT done anything to stop this activity or to protect the identify of the customers. The real criminals are CHASE who have allowed private information to get out without appropriate safe guards.
And, when I tried to chase down the callers through my phone carrier Qwest, I got this pathetic response: (they) can only stop about 90% of the solicitation calls. I recently sent Qwest my phone payment and deducted 10% for handling and then another 10% because I just can not see paying 100% for 90% service. Try this! You will start to get some answers fast :-)
Anyone interested in a class action please respond. I am going to file an action in the next 60 days.- Caller: Qwest
- DanielleI just got a call from this number and no one was on the phone. They have called before and its always someone you cant understand. But when you call Chase you always get someone that you can understand. I never give out info to people that call me and i cant understand then i tell them im hanging up and calling the company to get things right. and they try to keep me on to get my credit card info. It gets old is there anything i can do about it

- SteveCalls my Home phone about 5-6 times a day. I have something for them when they call tomorrow!! This S#*T has to be a scam

- Valerie| 1 replyI have also gotten calls from this number they never leave a message. I have called back and it is Chase Home Finance. My question is why they never leave message??
- Mike PidgeonThey call me 5 times a day because I am 2 months behind on my mortgage payments. I am laid off from work and doing the best I can, They will not stop
- steveCalls about twice an hour starting at 8 A.M.six days a week. Does not leave a voicemail or any other message.
- Andy Tyup it says it chsase but dont believe it they got my number for some accounts but if they cannot tell me my number its a fraud!
- KimI just called back and didn't enter my info so I actually talked to a person. I asked what the call(s) are regarding as we have no issues paying our home loan (yes with Chase). He said he can not do anything without my account or SS info. I told him I would not give him the info and I asked specifically who I was talking to and he said "Chase Bank". I said "you must have my phone number because you keep calling so look up my account this way" He said he couldn't. I asked him where I was calling and he said "I don't have to tell you anything until you give me your info". I giggled a little and said a few choice words and told them not to call again. I'm sure they will call again.

- BslThese people today alone have called me 8 times. when i answer, there's no one there, if i ignore it , they do not leave a message. I called it back, it says its Chase Home Mortgage. They want me to punch in my SS# or my Account # to continue. That will not happen. I do have a mortgage with chase which is 100% current, so there is really no reason for chase to be calling me at this time. I am tempted to change my phone number on my account profile online to see if the calls stop.
- Caller: ?? Chase Home Mortgage
- mr bushwhat happened to the do not call list????????????
- CherylI am fed up !!! They are harassing my family and wont leave us alone.I have never had a loan in any way, shape, or form with Chase.I have never banked there either. I have also had the same phone number for over five years. They wont stop calling. Most of the calls are recordings asking the person with the mortgage to call at the number they leave. When I call the number it asked for my account number, but I don't have one so it wont connect me to a human then disconnects me. A few times a person called asking for someone I do not know. I told them they had the wrong number, but they keep calling. I think I have to to file a police report to get them to stop.

- j kimblerits been like this for 3 mo they start in before 8:15 am hang up after getting answering machine call back within 5-10 min goes all day with 2-3 hrs in between calls and now they even call on weekends really very tried of this who gets to shoot them first lol
- Caller: chase
- Chase mortgage holderThis call actually is from Chase, but it appears to be an automated call that only clicks in to a human if someone picks up as it does not leave a vice mail. Don't worry about the call unless you have business with Chase. Since it's automated, people should realize computers make mistakes. So if you don't do busines with Chase, don't sweat it.

- do it back and get evenI use to have a time share scam call my # every day. i ended it by going to public phones, calling the number and putting the phone down. They wouls answer and say hello a few times and hang up. What does this do? Find a bank of a dozen phones , do the same thing as often as possible. They will start to get frustrated. Tell other peolpe to do the same thing, have hundreds of phone calls with no answer, waste that companies time on answering phone calls. see if they think it is smart to harrass people then. GO AHEAD< DO IT. It stopped my phone calls about 2 weeks later
- JMYou can block these calls by calling your carrier's customer service number, for AT&T the number for home service is 800-288-2020. They will place a block for any call that constantly harrasses you by calling!
- Cell userThese [***] called my cell phone 3 times today. When you pick up, nobody answers, just a recording that say hold for an important message. How come the FBI never goes after these scammers. The numbers change but I'm sure these are the same guys that thousands of other people have reported.

- HOW TO STOP THE CALLS| 3 repliesCALL CHASE MORTGAGE COLLECTION DEPARTMENT AT 1-800-848-9380 and tell them they are calling you by mistake.
I asked the person on the other end of the 800-848-9380 line for the addresses to send payment. They gave me Chase bank address that I then verified:
Chase Home Finance, LLC
6716 Grade Lane - Building 9
Louisville, KY 40213-1407
These are real collection calls and if anyone is doing a scam it's Chase Bank itself by calling people at all times of day and night who do not even have a mortgage with this bank. 800-848-9380 is, in fact, an unlisted Chase number for Mortgage Collections. I have no mortgage with them. They had my number associated with the wrong name. After 10 calls to different departments at Chase, I reached The collections Dept at 1-800-848-9380 and the woman said she removed me from the list.
Otherwise, you have to FAX in a written request to the collections department to STOP CALLING you rnumber with a brief reason "I do not have a mortgage with you"
Send name, telephone number and sign it. FAX number is 1-614-422-7912.
Good luck...Finding and posting this information is my random act of kindness for the day...- Caller: Chase Bank Mortgage Collections
- JeanetteMy story is the same as Cheryl's, above. These people call me three times a day. I have no mortgage with Chase and they ask for "Neal" every time they call. When I called Chase and finally get through to their collections department, customer service department or any other department, they tell me they can't find my number in their system associated with any account, so they have no way to remove my number since it's not there in the first place. I ask them why they keep calling my number if they don't have it, and they don't have an answer. I was informed that I needed to write a letter of complaint to their Research Department.
I feel so helpless against their harassment.

- Kathy Rudnitski replies to Nathan| 2 repliesI get two sometimes three calls everyday from Chase. When I answer, a recording says please hold for an agent. They are calling my cell phone and wasting my minutes! Once I answered and they ask for someone else, I told them they have the wrong number and to quit calling my number.. that did not help! I know the number and so just don't answer the phone when I see it on my caller ID.
It is very annoying!
