- DANIELA replies to Chase CustomerIT IS AN SCAM TODAY I FOUND A PAPER ON MY DOOR THAT SAY CALL AND GIVE ALL MY INFO TO THEM SURE I WILL CALL CHAISE FIRST AND THEN POLICE
- Mr. W. Mann| 1 replyChase calls here 4 or 5 times a day. They have been told over and over no person by that name lives or has lived here. They keep calling. Calling the number reveals it is Chase, the VMS wants a account number or SSN, if you wait long enough a human answers. They won't reveal any information and all sound like affirmative action hires, not very bright.
I will never do business with Chase due to this illegal and unwarranted harrassment [I don't have a Chase account, no home mortage, I had a local CU mortage, paid off 10 years ago.
If they continue to call, I will start a small claim due to sleep loss and missed work.- Caller: Chase Bankstas INC.

- DReneeThis number is from Chase Home Finance. It came up "unknown" on my caller id. They are very professional and if you don't feel comfortable giving them information via an incoming call, you can call the number on your statement and handle whatever it is they are calling you about. If you don't do business with Chase, I have no idea why they'd be calling you.
- Caller: Chase
- Yvonne replies to anonymousThis is the reason I turned off my land line phone, constant repeated calls that never leave a message, but now they can get your mobile phone number to call also. Thank goodness for caller id. I just ignore the calls. I have learned a valuable lesson. Never give out your phone number for any survey, or to get additional information from a company, or online application. Only legitimate companies that I do business with. The terms that we say okay to and never read give them the right to sell your phone number to affiliates.
- ShellyThey need to stop the calls especially on my job!!!
- Caller: Chase
- the mad consumerI called the number.. got only 2 options.. so I called the local branch of chase and reported the irritation i was feeling. I also warned then that if these calls continue i will be filing with the department of banking in my state and legal actions could ensue.

- AnonymousI receive a call from this number every day and have never picked up. I tried calling the number today and a voice identifies itself as "Chase" but a menu to access your "account" is limited from the get-go by asking the caller to key in either an account number or SSN. This is a clear indicator of its scam-like nature. I attempted to reach a live person in every way conceivable but the way in which the menu algorithm is set up prevents this. At some point, it simply hangs up on you.
I'm already on the Do Not Call Registry. All I can say is that I would like to meet one of their reps in a dark alley sometime.- Caller: "Chase"
- aaronWow, glad I read this page before talking to them. Good thing I have call block service on my phone line.
- Dee| 1 replyI get 2-3 calls a day from them. If I am not here they don't leave a message. If I happen to answer we go through the same routine of them asking for someone who I do not know. I tell them each time it's a wrong number, I have never heard of who they are looking for and to cease calling. I apparently have a new number that last belonged to several people who have debt collectors calling for them.
Today I flipped out on the guy after I sweetly answered and then was asked yet again for the same person. I loudly said that this person is unknown to me, this is a a new phone number and that I have a call log that shows them calling 2-3 times daily and being told over and over it's a wrong number. Right before he hung up ( as by this point I believe I was shrieking) I said that they were harrassing me, that I had a call log to prove it and to NEVER EVER F%$#@*&% CALL AGAIN. Low mutttering by him saying okokokok click.- Caller: ?

- Dee replies to DeeApparently I did not schreech loud enough as these [***] called again tonight! I did pretty much a repeat of the last call but odds are they will call tomorrow.
- Mrs RichardsonThey (unsure who) has left an envelope on our door knob twice, once when we were home. The insert in the envelope says that it's important to call JP Morgan Chase. We do not have an account with them, but
I wanted to know who is coming to our front door, so I called the number. The phone message starts out sounding legitimate, but then asks for all 9 digits of soc # and will not let you talk to a live person no matter what you do. - vs replies to Chase CustomerIt must be a scam! The representative left a poorly copied , hand cut note on typing paper. this note contained a date and phone # handwritten along with information poorly typed. This note was in a plain white envelope with confidential handwritten on the front.
The man who came to the door spoke with my 16 year old and took pictures of my property. Dressed in jeans and white shirt driving a late model car.
The number asks for your ss# and acct#.......no real human to talk to and hangs up when you do not give the information. - vsIt must be a scam! - samanthaI have received many calls from this # and after reading other posts, I called Chase Mortgage directly, and this # IS attatched to chase. They do follow up on mortgage payments. I called : 800-848-9136 which is Chase's direct # for their mortgage department. This is a valid #!!!!!

- DJI have been receiving calls from Chase on my cell phone. I have never done any banking or other business with them nor have I ever had a mortgage with them. I am fed up with these calls at 6:30 a.m. in the mornings. This is harassment--I work until late at night and need to sleep in the early morning. I have had the same cell number for about 10 years and am wondering how Chase, who I have never done business with, got the number. I am calling the Police and my relative, who is a lawyer.
