GOT TO THINK IF I9T WAS URGENT A MESSAGE WOULD BE LEFT ........ - Steve replies to Hate Chase Finance| 1 replyDon't you get it? Chase Home Finance doesn't exist and it is in fact a scam. Vance Venn doesn't exist. Chase Home Finance is just a name that a group of scammers took up. I have been getting these calls about three times a day their is nothing legit about it. Don't even answer these calls!
- Miss T(800) 848-9380 has been repeatedly calling our business. When the phone was answered the line went dead. When called back the pre-recorded message identified the call as from CHASE Bank and requested an account number or Social Security number [RED FLAG!].
I called CHASE Fraud Prevention Department @ 800-978-8664. They informed me that this number has NO connection with CHASE Bank. They will make a report but there is not a lot they can directly do to protect the individual – it’s up to you.

- Miss TYou can call your carrier. There are a variety of options available if you ask.
Also, new on the scene is a GOOGLE feature that is worth checking out. If you have a Gmail account you may already be signed up. Blocking incoming calls from anyone is simple with this service.

- Beththis number actually is from chase, when you call the # you get chase! thing is they call repeatedly throughout the day and don't leave messages! i do have a chase account (although current) and this # calls everyday and almost every 30-60 minutes. i think more than three times in a day is deemed to be harassment. no message is ever left, so i don't know who they are calling for.
- Caller: Chase
- TeeIt's a scam. A lot of people use Chase bank and the economy is having a record number of foreclosures, so if they just call everyone eventually they'll get someone that really is late making a payment on their mortgage through Chase. Just because you call back and some recording pretends to be Chase doesn't mean it's the real deal. It's no different from people calling up to extend the warranty on your car. Like they have anything to do with your car warranty...
- NatalieUnfortunately it DOES belong to Chase; I owe some late fees (they really gouge you!) and they are relentless . . . . .
- Caller: CHASE

- Miss TOkay, here is the latest.
I called CHASE at the 877-CHASEPC number and they deal with on-line banking issues. The gal I worked with was wonderful and the first CHASE representative to hear what I was saying. She investigated it issue as thoroughly as she could.
After contacting the Fraud Department she let me know that they could not explain the phone calls but had added our number to a CHASE Do-Not-Call list.
I was given the contact number for the CHASE Privacy Call Center if I needed to address this issue again in the future.

- ArchanaWe are getting a phone call from this number and this is a Privately owed company
- LCasillasWe are getting DAILY, NUMEROUS calls at random times throughout each day from number 800-848-9380; apparently this number belongs to Chase Bank/Chase Home Finance.
This phone practice of Chase Bank is INTRUSIVE, DISTURBING, and a MISUSE of our phone system.
This is a copy of the email message I sent to Chase Bank, Nov.5, '10.
Neither my husband, Leonard, nor I have an account or credit card with Chase Bank. Yet we are getting daily numerous calls at random times throughout each day from your number 800-848-9380. Please STOP calling our "Do Not Call" registered phone number immediately! This phone practice of Chase Bank is intrusive, disturbing, and a misuse of our phone system. Please STOP calling our number immediately! Thank you, Leslie & Leonard Casillas- Caller: Chase Bank
- Karen JamesSame thing here. They call several times a day and never leave a message. Of course, I have tried answering many times and just hear a 'click' when I pick up. Very annoying. I have nothing to do with Chase. Perhaps a call to my attorney is in order. This is harassment.
- Caller: No Idea
- STOPCALLINGI received a call from 1-800-848-9380 when I called back they wanted me to put in my last four and or loan number. I put in fake numbers and finally got to speak to someone. I told them that I do not have a loan with Chase Home Finance and they switched me to Customer service.
I was told to fax a letter to 1-614-422-7575 Research Department with my phone number to have it removed. I asked for their address and was told P.O. Box 24774, Columbus, OH 43224-4774.
I don't know if this works yet but I thought I would pass it one. Whenever I try to pick up the phone when it rings there is no one there- Caller: Chase Home Finance
- Call type: Debt collector
- CWinRestonVAIt begins again!
Calling here at our front desk and hanging up every time the calls are answered. I don't understand what the point of that is. Do they think they are going to get a different result calling the same number over and over again within mins? This is soooo annoying.- Caller: Unknown (Chase Financial-?)
- CWinRestonVACalled again today and hung up again. I am not understanding why they think calling the same number over and over again is going to get a produce a different result. Like, maybe if they call and hang up 5 times in a row and then call again on 4th min of the next hour, it will magically transport the call to the person they have been trying to reach..... Sigh.....
- Caller: Unknown, but apparently Chase Financial (?)
