This company had charged me £4 to stop text messages from competition line.  It's a scam.

Why is no one doing anything about this as it amounts to theft.

Info on who this is and how to report them was posted on 2oth Jume 2015.  "something" can only be done if the people getting these charges report them.

this company have managed to take £48 out of my account without my knowlege this month so i looked at last month and £28 was taken I'm gutted that o2 never told me when i called  i was told that there was nothing they could do I'm gutted that o2 just washed there hands of me I've been with this provider of 9 years when my contract is up i will be going with another provider and I've been telling everyone i know about how bad o2 are i just wish i could get a refund

Nothing to do with O2 (or anyone's provider), "someone" has used your phone to access these pests website/server & clicked thru T+Cs without reading about ongoing charges. It's exactly same as idiots putting their phones on roaming when abroad then screaming foul when they get back home after streaming movies & music 24/7 - doh! pathetic doesn't describe it.

I want them to STOP calling me, don't want their mag or anything else.  Do not have the money to STOP the call as I am on a budget package.

then contact your helpdesk at your mobile provider - leave if they won't help sort out for you

For the record, bob stopped posting because of nuisance contributors to the forum.     So no longer Regular.

I keep getting a call on my mobile,, most evening at about 7pm, stating that they cannot deliver a service I ordered because I do not have enough money on my phone. I have no idea what they are talking about and am afaid to put any money on my phone, this is causing me difficulties as my family are abroard
