    this company have managed to take £48 out of my account without my knowlege this month so i looked at last month and £28 was taken I'm gutted that o2 never told me when i called  i was told that there was nothing they could do I'm gutted that o2 just washed there hands of me I've been with this provider of 9 years when my contract is up i will be going with another provider and I've been telling everyone i know about how bad o2 are i just wish i could get a refund

    Nothing to do with O2 (or anyone's provider), "someone" has used your phone to access these pests website/server & clicked thru T+Cs without reading about ongoing charges. It's exactly same as idiots putting their phones on roaming when abroad then screaming foul when they get back home after streaming movies & music 24/7 - doh! pathetic doesn't describe it.

    I want them to STOP calling me, don't want their mag or anything else.  Do not have the money to STOP the call as I am on a budget package.

    I keep getting a call on my mobile,, most evening at about 7pm, stating that they cannot deliver a service I ordered because I do not have enough money on my phone.
