- D ChuSame happened to me. Called EE the first time who are alright to get my £4.50 back by an Indian accent coworker, good service.
And I told him to block its account so it will not happen in future.
But after a week, it happened again, rang EE, waited for over half an hour, a scotish account coworker was a bit rude, without helping me to get my £4.50 back, just told me to deal with it myself, straight away put me on hold, switched me to India branch, an Indian coworker sorted it all out for me without any hassle.
I think EE earn enough from this market, that rude scotish worker can get away with it cause I had no chance to get her name!
To stop this nonsense take money away from you, I guess first put 82288 in your dailling name list,
then type stop. That costed me 10p.
Hope this will end here. (But I saw someone said it might not really work.)- Caller: EE

- clarkei was also scammed by this company after doing an on line quiz to win an i pad.
Was then charged £5 by text message with the additional information that I would now be charged £4.50 a week.
Rang phone provider who have placed a block on any further charges from XINWIN.
I have also blocked this caller on my phone and reported XINWIN to of com. Hope I do not have any more dealings with them and will not be responding to any more invites to win phones or iPads.- Caller: XINWIN

United Kingdom - Really? replies to Keith.Ethe risk of plagiarising another contributor's research, especially when it's 18 months old (bob, page 1, June 2015!!), is evident. Xinion is no longer at the location you "report" and Stephen Buckley resigned his position.
Your end of term report would read: "Keith tries hard but can sometimes be unreliable when he does not pay attention to detail - 2/10" - Jane replies to RAMNIKI did inform my phone company and they put me through to some woman who claimed to be from the company she gave me a website address which doesn't work and told me once I filled in my details I would get a refund. I did not sign up for this or the lottery number texts. Have cancelled my direct debit to my phone company and told them what I have done they have escalated my complaint and I am waiting on a phone call from one of their managers. I have also contacted the police and filled in a fraud report
- Mr TissingtonI was deleting my texts today when I came across a text 82288 like a fool I opened the text which told me I had been entered into the lottery I have texted them to stop

- Sean BiddleI am not sure how companies like this are allowed to operate. Taking advantage of people, and charging them recurring £4.50 a month for services they never signed up for knowing that stealing a small amount from a lot of people can make you a lot of money even if they cancel after 1 month. I've had several unsolicited messages from this company and on investigation found many many people have also had the same problems. The below was from a complaint posted on Money Saving Expert. Companies House has a great feature allowing you to look up the office holders in a company. It looks like both Remote Games Ltd and Xinion Ltd have the same directors:
Carl Barker
Gary Cooper
Colin Mc Caffery
Robert Morley
Companies House also allows you to look at any office holder and see what other companies they are associated with. Between them they also seem to be involved with:
EYEGAMES LIMITED (08320399)
GEAR DIGITAL LIMITED (09512370)
BMCM MOBILE INNOVATION LIMITED (07530891)
BMCM DIGITAL LIMITED (09259025)
STANROSE SOLUTIONS LIMITED (07703324)
IN-NUCE LIMITED (07118472)
MCC VENTURES LIMITED (07713595)
RJM CREATIVE LIMITED (06167749)
All of these companies are heavily involved in SMS Fraud and unsolicited SMS campaigns yet continue to be allowed to operated. I will also be raising the above with the FCA, ICO, Gambling Commission and PhonePayPlus.- Caller: BMCM DIGITAL LIMITED
