- Miss J Watkins replies to bob| 1 replyAre there any vacancies available with a reasonable salary l will send you my CV looking forward to your reply yours sincerely Miss J Watkins.
- Jeeves replies to Miss J WatkinsWhat on earth are you talking about. The three mesages you have posted in reply to "bob" do not make sense. "bob's" post simply set out who owns the 'phone number being complained about, and how to contact that company to get the calls stopped.
- Mrs carol lake replies to bob| 1 replyI was told by your company that I'd won a computer I've sent you my name and address and you've also overcharged me on my bill I was told that this computer would not cost me anything are you sending it to me or not and can I claim my overcharges back thanks!
- Jeeves replies to Mrs carol lakeFor goodness sake! The post from "Bob" gives details of who 'phoned you and took your money. Those details are from the Phonepayplus website which he took the trouble to search for and posted in response to another poster who asked who had called. Can you get your mind around that? If you want money back then contact the company from the information which "Bob" has kindly given. "Bob" has just posted with information to help, he has nothing to do with the company or your money. Can you get your mind round thst?

- RayWhilst logging onto 'The Cloud ' on my mobile a competition popped up offering a chance to win a free ipad. Thinking this was a ligitimate offer from 'The cloud' I answered a few questions including my mobile number. I was asked to confirm this after which I received a text stating I would be charged £4.50 per week until I texted STOP to 82288. I did this but all I got was 'FAILED'.
I immediately contacted EE who kindly sorted this matter out for me. How are these people allowed to get away with this, it is blatant fraud and they should be behind bars. Are 'The Cloud' aware they are promoting scammers.- Caller: xinwin.co 82288

- Andrewdawes| 1 replyThis company, Xinion Ltd, 10, Priory Avenue Northwich CW9 8UA, run a scam, have fraudulantly deducted three payments of £4.50 from my O2 pay and go account. It appears that neither O2, OFCOM, Phonepayplus, or the police can stop them immediately, if at all. They appear to be professional criminals.

- AnonymousUnbelievable company! False advertisements - charged me 7.70 GBP for entrance into a "free" competition to which I never applied in the first PLACE! I texted "STOP" to them, yet they continued to send texts and charge me. Once I found this on my bill, I called Vodafone they gave me the Customer Services number for this company. I then proceeded to call them and was faced with blatant dishonesty and denied any charges put through on my account even though my bill clearly states that money was taken from their company. PLEASE be careful, do not fall into this trap, and steer clear from it!

- JonnyJust received a text saying it was a free competition to win an iPad by simply texting your number to 82288. Next thing is I get a text saying I am now a subscriber of xinwin and it will cost me £4.50 a week. There was no warning charges would be made, it was not therefore free. I immediately texted stop but it was too late they had taken the money. I called the 03332027722 number and spoke to cast services who said they were Panther Play, and that if I read the t & c it was explained I would have to pay. On my phone there were no t & c's and it said free entry. This is just a scam to get money from vulnerable people. I am a pensioner and cannot afford this. I found this site after I sent the texts and am now banned from doing this again by my other half. I hope the payments really do stop.
- Caller: Panther Play texted me.
- James Simpson| 1 replyMust have inadvertently entered text 82288 on my mobile phone which has now entered me into a competition for an I pad and committed me to a membership that is to cost me £4.50p a week which they will presumably take out of my 02 mobile contract account. How do I go about cancelling this
- Really? replies to James SimpsonWake up & smell the coffee. Or, try reading previous posts on this number. You'll be amazed. Then again, probably not .... OR, just smile while they take their £4.50 out of your account. Again. And again. And again.
- Barbara SI have received a text from XinWin telling me I will be charged £4.50 a week for this unwanted competition. Completely fraudulent! Like others I have tried the 82288 to stop, but no go. I have contacted my provider, and they told me what to text to stop it. This I tried, but it still would not work. Perhaps it is because I am in Spain at the moment, and won't work from abroad, although I find this strange!!? I am pay as you go, and was told not to top-up, until confirmation text has been received. So what do I do now?

- Barbara S| 1 replyI have just found a number from a comment by another person on the GiffGaff site, who was having trouble with Xinion Ltd. He talked to the company directly, and they removed his number from their database. I have just done the same, and they say my number has been unsubscribed. The number to call is 03332020480. Hope this helps.
