- Paul| 1 replyJust to make aware, those who are getting messages of it failing to send.. It is likely a text back from them pretending such, so that you try again. Basically causing you to text a premium service multiple times, in an attempt to cancel a fake subscription service. Each time you text you are getting charged again and again.
Best thing to do, is ignore the text all together. Or contact your phone provider.- Call type: Text message
- Me-2 replies to Paulhi Paul, that sounds very plausible to me, the thieving so-and-so's; maybe if everyone visiting here actually would take time to report to regulator - and keep doing so till they got off their proverbial fat-cat rears, positive outcomes might be achieved. just grumbling on this or similar websites don't cut the mustard. (it must be my cliche afternoon)
- lucky isemimenCan these people stop charging my phone bill with EE? They need to unsubscribe this number 07415006183. I have tried several times to stop you from charging me £4.50 weekly but no answer.

- Caller: X1win
- Agreed! replies to Robert mcbut sadly, entire system is biased against careless consumers to benefit these scumbags; ask your MP why this is permitted to happen! anyone who accepts their T&Cs must bear some responsibility for the mess that lands on them but it can't be fair and proper that xinwin & multitude of similar corrupt firms can get away with this, total shambles ..... again, ASK, what's your MP doing about it?

- DavidB| 1 replyI responded to text saying win an ipad for free and heard nothing more. My phone bill is on line and I never checked it and had no reason to think anything was wrong because I received no messages informing that £4-50 was being deducted from my account per week for a draw which required the correct answer to a weekly question. I never received any questions, nor the opportunity to stop. I wasn't even aware I was in a weekly draw. I complained to contact@customercaredepot.co.uk/03332027721 and was called back. I asked for evidence that I had been getting the service and it sent me a list of 58 messages that had been charged at £4-50. I was advised to complete a form of complaint, and within an hour I was withdrawn from the system and was told that they would compensate me £18-00 (the first month), and that was company policy. You cannot stop the texts without going through this process. The fact I didn't get the texts seems to be immaterial.

- try this replies to DavidBthat's a lot of money to be removed from your account!! go back to page 15, 22 Feb where another victim seems to have taken a different tack, with some success. the more customers that press their tel co's to take action against these pests & pseudo-crims, the better! then we might see some action in favour of consumers. whatever the result, please advise outcome in your case. good luck!
