first, look at Jon's suggestion at foot of PREVIOUS page, it's a possible option that might work. second, not paying is breach of contract with your provider, these charges are not their fault but maybe they will reconsider when you put your case to them. DON'T consider letting them just cut you off as it will impact your credit rating and cause future problems when you apply for credit.

well Jamie you gave it best shot, just confirms most mobile providers have no interest on delivering customer service / protection, same as our useless-ility suppliers, they happy to shaft loyal customers by subsidising New Business time after time .... course once contract term over, they then lose that business but their bean-counters never report that (or bosses moved on/can't be ar$ed to ask) - I digress. suppose you could wait to see if o2 really will sue you for the difference, we'd all like our day in court but risky strategy. why not start one of those e-petitions on gov.uk - with the number of people on this site from UK, I reckon you'd hit 100k signatures in no time. probably have to wait for the brexit referendum to run its course, our MPs can only think about one thing at a time (apart from the girls, obviously!).

Police? Nope. replies to Barbara age 70
they're too busy doing paperwork, H&S or risk assessments, etc to investigate low level crime like this bunch.
Read Jon's advice at bottom of previous page (22 Feb I think) - it worked for him. What you got to lose? A bit of time and a postage stamp at most. As long as no one has actually skipped thru the T&Cs on your mobile without checking what they were signing (you) up for.

Not .... exactly, let's keep this just between us for now. I mean, he's really busy right now with 413 strategy & 2016/17 budget so doesn't need minor distractions.

These pieces of trash have taken over £110 from me via 3 with who me I have my phone contract. What I don't get is that with so many complaints being made why is it not flagged up with the phone company each time these people apply to take money from your account. This is theft and as for conning old people well dont even get me started.
