- ? replies to marynope, they don't do refunds but some report they've been told future texts will stop. that SEEMS to be how xinwin make their money: suck u in, hope u won't notice for a few weeks/month or two maybe, so that's £15/25 quid for every mark; most mobile providers wash their hands of it, as billpayer's phone has been used (by someone) to access the xinwin site & "agreed" to t&c's often without being aware (hard to prove otherwise) - odds are stacked against consumer, sadly
