well, as the sun is shining & it's a long weekend, I'll save you the bother:
regulator for this type of number is PayphonePlus, part of Ofcom - visit the "pp+" website & enter the five digit number into the "search" option in the middle of the page, or follow this link http://www.phonepayplus.org.uk/for-consumers
do come back & share how you got on with other victims & whether your money was refunded - or not.

I too keep getting these texts. I have not knowingly subscribed to it and wondered why my phone  bill was so expensive! I have tried texting stop every time I receive a text but, like others, it never goes through. They put a block on all attempts to stop these texts. I have also registered my phone with the preferred service but to no avail.

Sorry, but you have posted to a Nuisance Call Forum.     No one here has the information you are asking about.   You need to communicate directly with the actual Company that made the charges.   It is never a smart idea to post email addresses in a forum.  You might well receive nuisance emails because you have made your email address public.    Information on this site  (including the post you have just made)  is regularly collected by 'bots from various web search sites and can then be found spread over their pages.      Not a smart move, I'm afraid.   Would you care to comment on why you have an email address including "uk" within an Indian address?

This is just a forum for the exchange of information, Peggy.  Read a few previous posts (there are some good ones which explain everything you need to know), then contact the supplier of this number direct for a refund. I hope you are successful.

    DISGUSTED !
Another underhand method of stealthily taking unauthorised payments from unwittling subscribers - Lesson learned, I should have remembered there is no such thing as a free lunch - watch out for the swindlers !!!!!! They have an answer for everything, pity they don't put their talents to better use.........................!!

Dear Iris, consider it done. However, you may notice further payments coming out over the next several years. To rectify this I suggest you contact the company that is actually taking your money ( tip..... it is not this forum) the details of which can be found on many pages within these posts. I further suggests you actually read them before demanding something that no one here can do for you.
