I too have received calls from Kentwood Law Group.  Also CACH, LLC., along with Kentwood, has posted negative remarks on my credit report.  I would not give Kentwood any information about myself until they told me what the phone call was about, but they would not do it.  Who in the world is CACH, LLC?  I have no idea who these people are.  I am going to dispute both on my credit report.

I looked up Kentwood and say that they had a "info" email.  I sent an email asking them why they were calling me and to please use only email from now on to contact me so I have everything in writing.  I also asked them to please STOP calling anyone else that I know to take care of this issue.  I did tell them that this sounded like a scam to me as any other ethical law firm would have sent out a letter with all the details to me and would not have called family and friends to get messages to me.

The response I received was simply "Thank  you for your input".  That was it.  We will see if I get anything else from them.

I was harrased by Aaron Gestl a wannabe General Manager for Kentwood Law Group. Told me that if I didn't pay an account with original creditor FIA, he would advice their client to garnish my wages and put a lien on my property. He basicallly said pay your dues or will make you pay this off for you. I insisted I lost my job and did not have income coming in he basically didn't care about this insisted in me paying off this  balance in full. I have look into legal advice and now have an attorney to look into this that is  what all you people should do..

If you just paid your bills or managed your money none of you idiots who think you know everything would not have any of these issues... All of you just hide behind these blogs to avoid reality. Get with the times pay your bills and stop ruining the economy. It's because of people like you that mess things up for everyone else. PAY YOUR DAMN BILLS ALL YOU STUPID INCOMPITANT PEOPLE!!!!!!

kentwood lawfirm collection company uses softwares like accurint by lexus nexus to skip trace people who are hiding from their creditors. This company  collect many debt from major credit card companies Bank America. Collectors here break the law by orders from Bob polus, Operations manager. This insane individual that challenges the fdcpa law.

You have the right to file a complain to the Federal trade comission or bbb or sue there [***].

I got a voice message from Mike KENTWOOD LAWGROUP 8666060255 ext. 215, he called me by my first name saying the purpose for his call was to obtain location information for Alice June... I have no clue who Alice June is and why am I getting harassed by someone in California?

You obviously are not familiar with the FDCPA which dictates the times that an agency can call you. Kentwood if you do your homework is not an agency............ Furthermore, just pay your bills and these people would not be calling you....

I received a call from a man who identified himself as Bill Windsor from the Kentwood Law Group, seeking information and the whereabouts of a person who had the last name as mine. I asked him why he was calling me and he stated I was listed as this persons mother. The telephone number he left was 888-296-2812.  If I knew this person, I would not give out information to a stranger who could not explain why he needed to speak to the person he was looking for.  

Very Simple! If you would like to have these people stop calling you answer the phone find out why they are calling you once you know its about a deliquent credit card tell them you can't afford making payment right now and on a recorded line advise them you don't want to get any more phone calls from them and hang up.

Don't be afraid. This Group doesn't sue unless you are in California and not every account in California gets sue. These accounts get picked by Square Two. Believe me.
