kentwood lawfirm collection company uses softwares like accurint by lexus nexus to skip trace people who are hiding from their creditors. This company  collect many debt from major credit card companies Bank America. Collectors here break the law by orders from Bob polus, Operations manager. This insane individual that challenges the fdcpa law.

You have the right to file a complain to the Federal trade comission or bbb or sue there [***].

They keep calling me too, but I can't afford to pay them. I'm glad they don't show up at my job as I'm not at a job where they can find me. They leave a different number when they call each time. So Suzszq, if they really are a fraud and only just after people's money for themselves, then that's their problem for being so unpolite and unprofessional to people they call. Too bad for them, they're not going to be getting a dime from me then. They can keep calling, but I will never return their phone calls.

I got a voice message from Mike KENTWOOD LAWGROUP 8666060255 ext. 215, he called me by my first name saying the purpose for his call was to obtain location information for Alice June... I have no clue who Alice June is and why am I getting harassed by someone in California?

You obviously are not familiar with the FDCPA which dictates the times that an agency can call you. Kentwood if you do your homework is not an agency............ Furthermore, just pay your bills and these people would not be calling you....

I received a call from a man who identified himself as Bill Windsor from the Kentwood Law Group, seeking information and the whereabouts of a person who had the last name as mine. I asked him why he was calling me and he stated I was listed as this persons mother. The telephone number he left was 888-296-2812.  If I knew this person, I would not give out information to a stranger who could not explain why he needed to speak to the person he was looking for.  

Very Simple! If you would like to have these people stop calling you answer the phone find out why they are calling you once you know its about a deliquent credit card tell them you can't afford making payment right now and on a recorded line advise them you don't want to get any more phone calls from them and hang up.

Don't be afraid. This Group doesn't sue unless you are in California and not every account in California gets sue. These accounts get picked by Square Two. Believe me.
